Thank you all!!! 3 Attachment(s) A few days ago I was very upset cause my vet told me that his ears won't stand up cause they are to big. So I found here very good advices about this. So, I took a decision: I shaved his ears and surprise: they are up!!! I am so so happy and thanks to all of you! |
they look great, and he's definitely a little doll..time to change vets:D |
Way to go  He's adorable :) |
Oh my goodness is he cute or what!!!! |
He is adorable! |
What a cutie:D! I'd be looking for another vet, if it was me:( If he doesn't know about the ears, what's going to happen if there is an emergency?!?! He may not be very good with small breeds, and if so, you don't want to find that out the hard way,, like I did. My old vet pretty much killed my Starr:cry: Sorry to be so morbid, just don't want to see anyone else lose their dog to a less than wonderful vet:( |
Yahhh He is so cute:) happy for you;) |
2 Attachment(s) It is amazing how that works!!!! My Buddy's ears recently started to droop. I trimmed this ears and guess what? They perked right back up too!!!! See the before and afters ...these pictures were taken a couple of days apart!!! |

Insanely cute!!!!! |
He looks great! Congrats!! |
He is sooooooooo cute! Don't be surprised if they go up and down for a while - Mckenzie's did this for a few months, one would be up then one down, lol.. then eventually they just stayed up all the time! :) |
AW... he's so cute! They go down at times during their teething stages... Goodluck with your baby! |
aww what a cutie!! His ears look great! :) |
Well, that may just go to show that not all vets know every detail about every breed. Just because he doesn't know about shaving the ears (which is really kind of a groomer's thing to know), doesn't mean that he doesn't know how to treat this certain breed. I do recommend talking to him more to find out his extent of knowledge but I don't think you should dump this vet JUST based on the ear shaving issue. By the way, adorable baby!! |
