I found a miracle detangler!!! Rocky hates to be brushed! When he sees me coming with the brush, he runs and hides! When I catch him, it is a battle! So, I found this leave in conditioner/detangler called Calming Aromatherapy Spritzer by Happytails. Here is the miracle part....when I spray it on Rocky, it totally calms him down! He almost falls asleep while I am brushing him because he is so relaxed. Now, I am not one for believing everything I read, so I didn't think it would actually calm him, but it did! So, last night, just to see what would happen, I sprayed a little on him at bedtime and it was a record! He was asleep within a couple of minutes! He didn't even have to go through his bed time ritual of chewing on my hair  ! Has anyone else used this? If so, let me know if it works this great for your baby! |
Sounds good. Where did you get it? |
I guess that would be useful! I bought it at a little boutique here, in Tucson, called The Uptown Pup and the address is http://www.theuptownpup.com and the address for the company that makes it is Happytails at http://www.happytailsspa.com |
SOUNDS WONDERFUL!!! I just ordered some because Dash could definitely use a little calming.. haha!! And he HATES being brushed!! Thanks for the recommendation!!! :D |
I am going to order some too. When I took Chachi to the groomers they charged me extra because he had mats. I brush him all the time but his hair mats so easily. Thanks for the reccomendation. |
That sounds like great stuff. Mya does not mind having her head, back or sides brushes but hates having her legs and chest brushed. I will give it a try, Thanks ! |
Wonder if it would work on over active grandkids? :eyetearss |
Hair detangler Thanks for the tip! I added it to my favorites list so I can refer back to it when I get my yorkie. Sounds like good stuff... |
I am gonna be on the look-out for it. Thanx for the tip.. |

Thanks for the info.....was just wondering if the two products on the different sites are the same. One is calming and the other deoderizes. Just wondering. Also, will this be ok for a brand new baby? Does anyone know? Joy, Nikki and Baby Chloe Rose :animal-sm :aimeeyork |
Sounds too good to be true? Does anyone know if the calming part is good for them? What's in it that calms them down??????? |
Well, I answered my own questions! lol.....I looked it up and it has lavender and chamomille in it, which they say is what calms them down. It sounds pretty good, and it has all good ingredients in it. |
yeah the ingredients are really good! |
How did you get the discount? |
no, I sell the stuff and I offer forum members a 10% discount. |

 Well, if I had known that.... |
it's ok! Also the dry dog is good, if you dont have time for a bath it cleans them right up and leaves them smelling good! The sparkle and shine shampoo is good for maltese's as well. Some people even use the spritzer in place of a conditioner because they dont like giving their baths and the dogs get ancy in the bath, it softens them up nice enough that they only need the conditioning shampoo. |
OMG....I need to get some right away for the kids and hubby. Do you think it will work on them too? :D |
Shelley- the groomer didnt show up! Im gonna pm you! |
also a miracle! I have tried their products as well, never the one you mentioned but I'll get it. You have to try their Dry Dog Instant Clean-- a Spray on Bath replacement with aloe & kiwi-- no perfumy smells-- it eliminates odors very well... Also, their Dog Smog Remedy-- it's a breath Freshener & digestive solution. I feed my yorkie Wellness which tends to leave her breath very fishy. I just add this dog smog to her water and her breath smells great, and she loves it. And it eliminates any unwanted gaseous emissions that might occur along the way!! |
