:eek::eek::eek: Man why do I always have to be sooo curious... I just had to open this thread huh! Well, yorkies are terriers. So it's in their blood to hunt vermin. *sigh* poor rabbit... |

Bruce has made a number of kills in his life. He has caught a mouse and two squirrels, but most impressive he got a seagull! It grossed me out everytime, but I could not really scold him or anything since it is instinct. |

hunters My min. schnauzer and boston terrier... both of whom spend most of the summer in the yard can jump 6-7 feet in the ear and catch a bird... the crunch away on it.... and it screams... it is horrible. But... it is normal. And for that matter... while we should feed our dogs well... especially if they have any health problems... come on guys... before dog food.... and even after... most of my life everyone I knew fed their dog the "scrap" pile from the table. Pot. peelings... etc. And the dogs loved it and lived long healthy lives...lol. Dogs are strong... while we have bred these smaller... sometimes unnatural breeds have changed that a little... a cheese burger is not that bad... a healthy yorkie can eat a burger! cottage cheese or american... still cheese... so give this poor ladies' mom a freaking break! |

Geez, if ours ever caught and did that to the squirrels they love to chase, I know I'd never look at them the same again. If I wanted a pet that killed other animals, I would reconsider owning a cat and a boa constrictor. |
