Some People are SO MEAN!!!!! Finding that you need to rehome a pet is a heartbreaking situation in which many families find themselves is having a pet it can no longer care for. Though it would be ideal to find a friend or relative who could adopt the animal, things don't always work out that way. We Plan on being with our pets forever.:( So why when someone needs to rehome a Yorkie Do people think it right to send RUDE, MEAN, and DEGRATING emails?????????:mad: NO this did not happen to me. It happened to a Friend of mine and REALLY upsets me!!! Do you know what that person is going though?????? I think Not! Do you think you are the PERFECT Pet owner????? I think NOT!! People need to think about things more before they take action....... Please People Think Before you hit Send.... Do you really know the situation? What would that email make you feel like if directed at you? If we all didn't ever get at pet till we were 100% sure that we would NEVER EVER have to find a new home for him or her. none of us would have pets. So please until you are PERFECT don't JUDGE! </IMG></IMG> |

Some people have diarrhea of the mouth and dont think or put themselves in others positions before they talk...its those people that I ignore and pray for. |

You make a great point, Lori. One that -- at least on some days -- can't be said enough around here. Hypothetically, you can think you would do this or do that. We all do it. "I'd NEVER do this or that," we say. Ever had to change your mind once the hypothetical situation became reality? I have. And it's very easy to criticize someone else's decisions, but unless you've been in their skin, you don't really know WHAT you would do. |

Bad form. I've posted this before when this has popped up in the past. Life happens and unexpectedly. I never planned to get divorced, it just happened and as a result I had to rehome pets because I couldn't take them. I didn't ask for the divorce, I didn't want the divorce, but there I was being asked to leave my home. I had never thought that I would have to do that. So I'm a re-homer, bring on the nasty emails to me :D |
I agree 100%. It is so hard to have to go thru the pain, yes PAIN, of rehoming a pet that you love. I had to do that once years ago and I still feel sad when I think of it. MYOB people if you can't think of something supportive to say! |
