I'd take her with you. I'm sure everyone wants to meet her. (Get that camera ready) Or if you really want a sitter, put he on a plane, I'd love to spoil her.:D :D :D Happy Thanksgiving! :2hearts2: :2hearts2: :2hearts2: :2hearts2: |
awwww... where in La. are you? I would love to sit but it would be the same for me... visiting, people, food.. LOL... I would bring her with me if I were you and just watch carefully, this way she can get more attached to her "Mommy" taking care of her around all those people. My Hopey was a baby last Thanksgiving and she was with me, did wonderful! Good Luck and Congrats on your new baby! |
:woof: Approx. 40 more mins!! :D |

i usually take maggie but am sure to bring her crate or something she can sleep and and feel safe. she loves her crate so she always feels very safe in there no matter where we are. being as she is a new puppy...your girl might not like the crate...or does she? but i would bring it anyway so that she can be safe around the people and the kids. it can be scary for her to be around so many new people so soon |

I do, I do, I do :) . .oh if only I was closer :( |
I would take her with you in her little crate where she will feel safe and comfortable. |
Congratulations on your new addition. What a fun thing to add to your list of "things to be thankful for". If your little one is up to date on her shots there would be no question here - if were me I would take her and a whole car load of "supplies" including her crate so she will have a safe place. Maybe you can find a quiet place for her to "take a break". |
Congratulation on your new baby!!! Doesn't turkey meat makes us sleepy?? How about very small piece of turkey for your new baby?? Make her sleepy?? |

Ok we made it BACK!!! And.........I am SOOOOO HAPPY that I brought her and didn't drop her off anywhere she was FANTASTIC and it wasn't as noisy and hectic for her at all like I thought it was going to be....she slept LIKE A BABY!!! No crying or anything!! Acutally come to think of it she NEVER cried :D She is the sweetest thing.....thank you ALL for your comments!! :) |
Yay. I'm glad to read this thread. I get my puppy on Sunday! We are driving to my mother's next weekend for Thanksgining/Family reunion. I don't want to leave him but was nervous that it would all be too much for him. Sounds like all the socialization will most likely be good for him as long as he has some down time! |
