Yorkie Talker | help New groomer upset goliath Hi everyone, Ive had the worst day First of all I got this coupon for new groomer shop just open near by.Well Goliathh really needed a trim so I thought I take him in .I ask for a trim little short on the and round the face she said he'd come back in an hour and a half.I was very upset to say the least when I saw they cut off all his hair. But when I picked him up he was shivering I thought he was cold because its was cold outside. I took him home and he went right to his bed Next thing I know he had the runs all over himself I picked him up and he was shaking I cleaned him off wrapped him in a towel and cuddled him. well he has had the runs all nite I think he just got stressed out from the groomer has anyone ever heard of this please help I feel so bad how do I help him feel better.

| I hope they're clean at that groomers, and he didn't pick something up..I always wonder when they get like that afterwards, if they've been abused someway by the groomer..?? I've never had that happen, but, I know both of the groomers I use(one of them is my next door neighbor)...humm.. give him a little bit of kaopectate for the diarrhea, need to get that under control |

| oh, I am so sorry for such a difficult experience. Is he doing any better. I would call them tomorrow and let them know how unhappy you were with the cut and that your dog has been ill since being there. They need to know, in case he picked up something there. Also, their response will let you know what type of people they are.

Yorkie Talker | Goliath He's doing so much better it was just stress I think. These little guys are so delicate I dont think some groomers realize that.I did call and let them know I was not happy with the way he came home so stressed out. The lady was very rude and said my dog was spoiled we'll maybe but you don't treat people and their dogs that way I won't go back .here are pic's of the cut

| So sorry you had a bad experience with the new groomer. I can't imagine they will be in business long with customer service like this. They certainly didnt listen to you and they weren't trying to retain your business by the way they spoke with you after. Goliath looks absolutely adorable with his short hair though. |

| I had the same thing happen to my Maddie. I took her in for her first grooming to a lady recommeded to me. When I picked her up she was shaking, looked scared to death and her little body was shaking most of the day. I wrapped her in her favorite blanket and held her the rest of the day and only towards evening did she quit shaking. She didn't get a tummy ache-but she sure was upset. She looked at me like, Mommy why did you do that-why did you leave me There?? Needless to say, I will never take her back there again. The lady also was very arrogant; she thought she knew everything about Yorkies and proceeded to tell me what was wrong w/ my Maddie. It was pretty hard not to tell her off-but my Mother raised me to be a lady-so I didn't stoop to her level. I love my little Maddie more than I thought I could ever love a puppy. She's my ray of sunshine each and every day. |
