Aww, poor thing, I bet you're still beating yourself up over that one:( So, I wonder if Jack will ever want to go for a ride again? And if he does, will he still yap to be first to let out? Hmm . . . stay tuned for the Alaska saga of My Three Sons:D |
Now you know why he wants to get out first! He's so tiny he gets forgotten, poor baby. |
Poor Jack. Don't feel bad Mike these things happen to all of us. I bet Jack won't let you forget it either for awhile. He'll milk this for sometime to come I'm sure:p I bet he'll always be the first one out once again so he problably feels it was worth it to get his way.;) |
Poor little Jack. At least the truck stayed warm enough for him and he's ok. Don't beat yourself up too badly. I'm sure it can happen to the best of us--especially when we change our routine. So let this be a lesson to you--go back to your typical routine and let King Jack out first :p |
Aww I'm so glad everything turned out fine. At first I thought you were going to say your car was stolen with all the babies inside:eek: thank god you didn't:) anyways were all human, were made to forget...LOL |
Oh wow! How scary!! I guess this just shows that anyone can make a mistake... I'm glad everything turned out alright. |
It's an honest mistake that can happen to anyone, you didn't do anything on purpose, and I'm sure Jack forgives you. Sometimes when your mind is preoccupied with something (or one yorkie) you forget about what else is going on. I'm glad everyone is O.K though! |
THAT'S IT! I'm reporting you to the PMMS agency (Parents Make Mistakes Sometimes). I'm sick of you spoiling your babies, taking good care of them, and being so responsible ;) Haha don't beat yourself up too much, these things happen sometimes. You're a good daddy, and they all love you :D |
Oh my! Ya know you are not the only one it has happened to! When we were still in Alaska I took Teddy and Chloe (our golden) out somewhere. Chloe had been laying quietly in the back and hadn't even popped her head up so when we got home...I forgot she was even in there! I grabbed Teddy and went in the house. I think it was about 2 hours later when my son said where is Chloe! It was cold out, thank God...she loves the cold weather. It could nave been disastrous if it had been hot out! I won't even take her in the car if it is warm out at all. Poor thing was laying there in the back seat looking like I had interupted her nap when I raced out to get her. |

Glad you found him ok. |
Glad he was ok................I've done something similar with mine as they are so underfoot. I go into a walk-in closet and when I leave I close the door not thinking they are right there or I go into the garage and leave the door ajar and they sneak out and I go back in and they are still out there. But mine are such glue babies that when I do sit down they are all RIGHT THERE with me and when one doesn't show up, I know I've "done it again." Blame it on Rusty and Eddie, they destracted you......it's there fault! ROFL And make sure you tell Jack that!;) |
LOL...now we can laugh....but I've been there with ya Mike but not with Izzy. We have three indoor cats and never had to worry about the escaping from our patio door until we got Izzy. The patio door is where we let Izzy in/out to go potty. We are always careful but I guess one of our cats got out without us knowing and about 6 hours later I see this strange cat on our deck and I went to get up to get it away thinking it was a stray and low and behold...it was our cat Snicky. That little goober snuck right out without us even knowing it. So it can happen to anyone. Thank goodness our yard is fenced in and he didn't hop anything to get out. Yay - Jack will milk this for a while and get all the treats he wants...lol. For sure he'll be let out first from now on. :D |
I'm so glad things turn out o.k. Don't be too hard on yourself, please. It was just a honest mistake. I'm sure Jack forgot all about except he wants more treats!!! |
