Pee Pad Sizes?
 
Just curious to what size pee pads everyone gets. Ibought a bag today and theyare 24 by 23.. they seem kind of big could i cut them smaller?

Whatever Walmart has reasonably priced !... LOL.... they're 21x23. But mine still can't always hit the mark and wee's next to it just so it runs underneath. ewe... :-) maybe when she's older I can have smaller ones... she's a puppy, so she's about 85% trained.

I too purchase whatever WalMart has on sale. They're usually 21x23. I wouldn't recommend cutting them smaller ( I think these are the smallest they come anyway) for a few reasons:

-The target can never be too big. It's likely they'll miss sometimes anyway, or put JUST their front paws on the pad, and the back ones off
-You'd have to seal up the edges where you cut the pads so they don't leak everywhere
-Your dogs will probably chew up the edges you cut, making a mess EVERYWHERE

well he already shredded 2 of them.. I caught him in the act but he swallowed some :/ it wasnt too much. He just wont leave it alone..

mine are 23X36 the fit fairly well in a shallow under the bed storage bos.

We are currently using the 17 by 23. We cut them in half and lay down more than one -- usually 6 --2 rows -- 1/2 sheets and over lap them. That way Mattie is sure to hit at least one of them. This seem to be working really well and we don't got thru the pads so quickly.

I use the reusable ones that I found on the internet, like they use in the nursing homes. I just wash them in REALLY hot water with lots of soap by themselves. Cheaper and my little chewer doesn't destroy them.

You can get washable ones that they can't chew up Beyondspoiled.com has some nice ones.
