Argh! Tiny is driving me insane!! I need help, Tiny seems to be going back in time with his training. When we first got him he did his little doggy business on the newspaper provided but now he just does it anywhere!! I have praised him when he does it on the paper but that only happens 10% of the time and other 90% of the time he does it in the study, in the hall and in the lounge! I?m with him all day and am trying really hard with him at the moment, he has learnt to sit which is brilliant. I just can?t seem to get him to wee in the right place, not bite, stay still, not trip me over, chase my slipper whilst I?m wearing it........ Oh and he still won?t let me clean his eyes and I have tried all the methods suggested in the forum. How can something so small be so demanding? I look after 9 month old twins and they are less trouble!  :animal-pa |
How old is he? If he is a young puppy don't expect so much so soon. He has to learn these things over time. Puppy;s are full of energy all day and into the night. He's needs activity to tire him out. Carol & Buddy |

do you live in an appartment? or do you have access to a yard? if so skip paper training and do the out doors training or go to your local pet store and they usually have products that you can spary on your carpet that covers their scent so they dont do it inside and they will outside and if you do oursdie train him when he poops pick it up and put it outside and show him where it is ' |

He is being so naughty at the moment, it?s like he is going through his terrible two?s! He won?t stop chewing the paper to pieces even though when he does it I give him a firm no and if he continues put him in time out. He just carries on! Argh! |

boys will be boys? I got SUnnie when he was 3 months old. jsut beginning the teething and he would chew anything, shoes, head phones, books, WOOD!!!!!, rocks... toes. anything. but he grew out of it, at Sobeys, i dont know if they have one where you live, but there is this thing called a teething ball, its a bunch of strings all knotted up and they can pull on them and it helps, Sunnie loved it and it helped him alot. except he still chews wood. ruined my moms antec chair:) jsut bear with him and be consistance. he will eventually learn. it is stated in books that Yorkies are one of the hardest breeds to train. good luck. |

He knows when I say to him no when I spot him doing something he shouldn?t as he sits down and then runs over to me. 10 seconds later he is slyly moving over there again! It?s funny in a frustrating way! |
