I brought my pup Mango home 10 days ago. My 12 year old Yorkie, Spanky was totally upset about this and has been snapping at her constantly, until last night when I found them sleeping together like 2 little cuddled up bears. Does this mean my older girl is finally accepting my baby girl? See pic::confused:

Aw that is so sweet. I am sure it just took a little time for them to get used to each other

I hope so.... The old girl Spanky took to growling at Mango again this morning, I just hope she does not go back into that hostile attack mode, where I cannot leave them alone together for even a minute.

But that sight of Mango sleeping on top of Spanky just warmed my heart.... it was so innocent and so sweet; Mango just wants Spanky to be her foster Mommy and play or cuddle with her.....:)

Awww, that is sooo sweet!! We are looking to get a sister for Zeus and I am so looking forward to moments like this!! Too cute! :)

Yes, but Spanky has been very aggressive towards Mango who just wants to play and chase her all day long. That is why I was so surprised to find my old girl fast asleep on her back, with this tiny little baby asleep on top of her. I wanted to pick them up and kiss them to pieces, but my Hubby would not let me disturb them.... he is totally besotted with his Yorkie girls.:)

Yeah, I am also worried about that too! I know it probably isn't going to be easy at first. Hope your babies continue to get along so you can post more cute pics like this!! :)

Spanky is probably a little overwhelmed and snapping to let Mango know who the "alpha dog" is. They will be fine. Looks like they might get along pretty well when they think no one is looking..........
