the little witch peed on my bed this morning, i wanted to kill her..not really.. when i got up saw a big spot on my comforter.. also saturday we were gonna watch a movie so my b/f said, lets go on the floor, so i grabbed a think sheet and pillows and laid them on the floor, not 1 second later, lexi runs over to the sheet and pees on it..i me she let it all out..i was so pissed i yelled at her. whats her problem lately.. then last week she peed on my couch.. couldnt yell, i didnt see her doing it... i think she lets her bladder fill up so much that when she gets up she just pees.. i could be wrong, but what else can it be? i walk her all the time, and she also goes on her pads at home.. whats her friggin problem? |
She could be associating the sheet you laid on the floor as a pee pad, who knows. |
Could it be all the rain we've had, Gina? It seems like it was raining forever!!! I know mine hate to pee out in their dog run when its wet outside and I have better luck if I put them out on the deck to potty. I still find accidents inside, though... |

its not the rain cause she has wee pads and she does know where they are. there is one right dab smack in the middle of the living room, trying to make its way down the hall into her room. we are gonna try that room instead. sooooooooooo, i dont know what her problem is, SPOILED ya think? she gonna catch a beating when i catch her doing it, but i cant catch her, she s too slick and she knows she wrong tooo.. |
Have you had her checked for a bladder problem? |
no, but her pee is very yellow,, what does that mean? |

A long time ago I had a poodle that was totally trained. After I married, if my husband would say anything negative to him, he would go and pee on his pillow. My hubby would get so angry. He would also pee on his clothes if he left them on the floor. I don't think my baby liked him too well at first, but after awhile quit doing it. My hubby just knew not to speak to him in an angry voice and to give him plenty of attention. My poor little baby was jealous. |

I could go one better than that... I would usually go to bed first and Franny (my poodle) would come to bed with me. Well, hubby would come to bed (in his birthday suite) and pretend he was going to get me. Yeah, that's right, Franny saw that thing hanging there and bit it. Left a 1 inch scratch on the thing dangling, if you get my meaning. All I saw was hubby pulling his arm back like he was going to hit my baby, so I grabbed him up to safety. Hubby never played that game again.....LOLOL |

Have there been any new changes in your home? could it be out of spite?. as a child when we had a dog, hes was very very spiteful, if we left him alone, for just even 10 minutes hes go right in the living room and pee in the white carpets, grandma wasn't very happy with that behavior.... but if you don;t think is a behavior problem, maybe call the vet and see what they think it could be. |

Lexi Rae Don't give her away:p but I'll take her if ya just hafta!!! Whiskey does that to, I'll take her outside and watch her go potty but then ten minutes later she'll whizz away on my comforter-always right after I have it cleaned-little turkey-butt!!! somebody told me that they like to leave their scent wherever they smell where you have been gettin' your groove on if you know what I mean-even after the sheets or whatever have been laundered. maybe they are jealous or something, who knows??? |
dont know if she is jealous of my b/f , but my b/f is jealous of her thats for sure.. you know what, she loves him but not like she loves me...she get so excited when she sees him and cant wait to see him... maybe she is jealous, so what do i do then.. maybe kicked my b/f out instead huh?? |
I have heard if a dog is fully potty trained and it starts peeing in front of you, it's trying to tell you something is wrong. Maybe take in a urine sample to the vet and have it checked just to be safe. I know how frustraiting that can be to have them pee on your bed! But dont blame the baby if there is something really wrong with her, maybe she is just trying to let you know mommy! Keep us posted hun! |
gotta love this, so i take lexi to the vet ,she tells me nothing is wrong with her and to go home and she bangs me with 100.00 bill, i freakout and have a heartattack lexi pees on me. ok then |

im gonna pour water down her throat tonight when i get home. or make her run around the house for 3 hours so she gets thirsty and drinks and her pee in clear again and walk her for 2 hrs so she dont pee in the house. how does that sound?? |
Sounds like your both gonna loose a couple of lbs tonight:D On the serious side she just may have a bladder infection. Take in a sample and leave her home. Have it tested and take it from there. That won't cost much. Hope she does not have one but on the other side it would be why she is peeing. Good luck Gina. |
thankyou i think im gonna wait a day or two to see if her pee pee is still yellow and if it is, i will do that seriously.. i love her too much..i really do, lexi is my life. my whole life...and believe that...cause i mean it... |

Good luck. |

That's exactly what I was going to say. I think it has to do with the rain. Georgie hates going outside in the rain. He peed on our bed too and he hasn't done that since the first week we brought him home. |
NAAAAAAAA its really not that bad,,, ok pee does smell, but what am i gonna do right? not a dam thing. if nothing is wrong with her, oh well , im still gonna love her like nothing else in this world,,,boy youdo know me huh? |
Gina, I wouldn't worry about her being sick as much as just a jealous little diva who wants attention. If she's having these accidents, maybe tying her to a long leash for a few days around the house will help you catch her in the act or be able to stop her from doing it. I know how you feel though. Sometimes Coco will pee like 2 inches from the pad, and that tells me she's doing it on purpose because she's unhappy about something. She's 100% potty trained but lord help me when she's a bit unhappy, like if I get home 1 hour after my usual time or if Rob isn't as playful with her as usual, stuff like that. Sensitive little buggers they are. |
thanks nobella, it really dont bother me,,, shes a little devil and that ok . life is too short to worry about lexi peeing right? im sure she is ok, im just gonna try and watch her more often... |
When Misha's pee was dark yellow, I gave her pedialyte. It helped, she even drank more water. As for peeing on the sheet, Piper has done this, I can't even put a throw rug down. She'll pee on that just like she does her pee pads. You should see my house, I have pee pads in everyroom. I got tired of cleaning up the mess. I'm slowly eliminating the pads to one room & it's working. |
