Potty Training When Kona is home she will not go to the bathroom outside, she will only use the pee pads inside. However, at my inlaws house, she will only go outside. My inlaws have a 4-year-old yorkie, so I'm pretty sure that's how she "learned" to doit there. How can I get her to go outside here? |
The only thing I can think of is to gradually move the pee pad closer and closer to the door then one day put it just outside the door...then gradually move it towards the grass until that is where she is peeing. The key is to move it so slightly that she won't notice that it has even been moved. Otherwise, she may not go on the pad at all but go in the spot that her pad used to be. |
When I molved the pee pads, and they wanted to go where the pads used to be, I put their beds and toy boxes in those spots. It worked great. |
