Lola's Regressing. Help!!!!!!!!! So Lola is puppy pee pad trained. She has always pooped on her pad and has been about 85-90 %pee pee-pad trained. That is until the last few days. She has been peeing on the carpet more often than not. So, I am thinking of having our carpets cleaned next week. Has anyone experienced this and did their dog immediately start peeing on the carpets again. Also, does anyone know of a solution that may deter her from peeing on the carpet. Has anyone had their rugs cleaned by a company that recommended a solution. Thanks for reading my thread. Any advice would help.:) |
Bump! Please anybody have any advice.:) |
I'm a newbie. Sorry that I can't give you any advise. Just want to say...I'm stunned by Lola's cuteness!!!!!!! I'm looking for a yorkie baby as a pet. One like your Lola is more than perfect! I live in CA too. May I ask you where you got Lola from? & how much is she? Thank you so much. Say hi to Lola for me! :) |

join the crowd, dont you just wanna scream,,. lexi is a year old and about 2 months ago started doing her business wherever she want.. go figure.. in the bedroom on the rug, livingroom rug, hallway tile, couch, you name it.. i going to clean my carpets this weekend. i really dont think there is anything that will stop them.. they do what they want to do..and thats the truth... |
Oliver did a bt of that... here's our story. We live in a two story townhouse and he is 100% litterbox trained. BUT For about a week last month he would go poop on the stairs. I have NO CLUE WHY! He has been potty trained since about 3 months old. (he is a quick learner and i stick to my guns about training) so i had NO IDEA why all the sudden he had this interest in pooping on the stairs. I just got in the habir of running to the bottom on the stairs if he started going up. I never caught him in the acta nd after a couple days of me watching him and praising him when he ran all the way upstairs to potty he was back to nomal. We haven't had a single accident since-- sooo... I guess sometimes they just need to be shown their boundries. I was trying to get away with laziness (not wanting to take a longer break from playing I guess) and I just had to watch him and let him know that was a bad idea! hehe. These dogs are smart. It just comes down to YOU and going backwards in your training. a little less freedom for a couple of days/week whatever until your beautiful baby catches on again. BTW I LOVE your avatar about would LOVE to see an updated picture of LoLa. I think she is gorgeous! |
