older dog that starts lifting his leg inside I adopted an older dog of 7yrs. old and he did great inside for the first week, but all of a sudden, he starts peeing inside the house and especially if a bag or ect is on the floor! He had to have some dental surgery and he is on Medication, so I wondered if that is the reason. I do show his my displeasure for sure and especially when I catch him in the act! Don't know whether to start using the belly band at this stage! Suggestions! Anyone! |
Using a bellyband won't help train him - but it will keep him from peeing on your carpets, floors, etc. (This is worth a lot.) Believe me - I have the same problems...... and my Yorkie wears a bellyband a lot of the time - especially when I let him free roam all over the house. When he's loose, he is bad, bad, bad! When he is confined in the kitchen - he has his puppy pad, which he uses then. Carol Jean |
