Won't pee outside but will poop
 
I have never seen this before,our little one will only poop outside but not pee. I've stood like a tree for 45 mins waiting for her to go and nothing bring her in and she goes to the pad and pees but she won't poop on the pad she starts pacing and I know she needs to go out to poo. Are all yorkies this quirky?

We have a similar problem. Raider and Addie are litter mates and are 18 weeks old. Raider is doing very good. Occasional pee accident, but regularly poos outside. We take them out about an hour after eating and then at 8PM, midnight and 5AM. Addie will pee outside, but will only poo in her bed. She will try to hide what she doesn't eat. We took her out at the normal times today and an extra time before lunch. Took her out again at about 3PM for an hour and she never pooed outside. Brought her in and she immediately pooed in her bed. We have tried taking her out for 15 minutes, taking her back inside for 15 minutes and then back outside.
Last night on the 8PM trip outside, she pooed after about 45 minutes. We need help.

Seems a lot of yorkies are like this during their potty training phase. Mine would never poop outside but will pee. We'll be out for 30 minutes and all she does is pee. Then as soon as we're inside she'll run under the bed and poop. Now, she'll poop outside but 90% it has to be on grass and 10% on pavement and occasionally poop under the bed. I want to get to the point where she'll poop/pee on pavement.

Weve had some really good improvements the last few days I've been watching her like a hawk and we've went poop outside every time since Thursday.
