How many potty pads? Do most of you use one potty pad or several in a room? Cisco has 5 different pads in the room-It's a really big room, and he hardly ever misses pooping or peeing on one. But i was wondering if i would have a hard time training him on to just one pad now...he uses all the pads. Do most of you have them going on several or just one pad? :aimeeyork TIA |
I use two side by side. They use them both and have wondered what would happen if I went to one. I am anxious to hear other replies! |
:p Our little Miss Prissy Paws will only pee on a pad once!! Sooooo .... I tried cutting one pad in 4 equal little squares ... when she pees on the "main" big pad, I simply place a little dry square on the wet spot! Works like a charm! She comes to us after she pees and wants her hair wiped with a baby wipe [she also doesn't like her little hinney wet]!! She even checks to make sure I have put a dry square down after she pees!! It really cut down the expense of the pads and is really easier for me and makes Her Highness happy!! ;) |
That is too funny!!! Since I switched to the washable pads, my two are doing a great job using the pads. I still put them in the plastic trays because they still love to pull them around their area....however they can no longer shred...which is a beautiful thing! Now if they would only leave them alone..I could get use of the entire pad instead of having to fold it in half to fit the tray!! |
i used to have alot of pads around..its not good. so now im down to 2 pads. one in my bedroom only cause in the summer the door is closed so she cant get out with the air condition. and the other one is in the hallway right next to the bathroom, soon to be in there very shortly.. i have to move it alittle bit,day by day... she is doing just fine in my house.. |
