is there a website with hand signals commonly used for training? TIA

I trained my yorkie myself. just go to google.com and search training tips for dogs. Just read several articles and see what works best.

Make up your own that feel right and comfortable to you.
I look at some of the signals given by hand by others and go shorten it up.
Someone showed me sit as a big sweep of the arm in a curved motion and I laughed.
For me sit is simple one finger pointed to the ground.
Down is flat hand palm down, moving down.
Spin is the finger pointed down in a spin motion, wait is palm to dog.
over is finger to the side of the dog pointing to the back end.
BAck is Palm of hand facing dog, figures up and moving hand toward the dog.
These are all the ones I made and make sense to me.
I do not want my girl responding to anyone else giving her hand signals. Even the kids still use the words.

It a safe way to get her to work for me when it is nosiy or someone is trying to tell her verbally to do something I rather her not. She watchs me and does the hand sign over a word.

Both of my dogs are trained with hand signals, to practice I sometimes don't say anything and only use the hands. :D Make up your own, and use what feels comfortable to use.
For example,
For down I have Palm down and I lower my hand.
Sit I have my hand in a fist facing down.
Stay I just hold up my hand with my palm facing their faces.
I have wait: hold up one finger.
and so on :D

There are several standard hand signals used when competiting in the higher level of AKC obedience("Utility" level). In "Utility" dog must respond to hand signals(no voice) that direct him to go down, sit, come, and return to heel. The down, sit, and come are directed at a distance.

I don't know if there is a website that shows you those signal. I'll have to look and get back with you on it.

Here is a good website for hand signal. Keep in mind these hand signal are for "Utility" level which are given at a distance. The signals are over exagerated so the dog can see them from a distance.
