Can your neighbor stop in to feed her and let her out to potty a couple times during the day? Or pay a petsitter? Or can you stop by at lunch time? General rule is a puppy can 'hold it' for 1 hour per month of age. To expect a 10 week old to hold it that long is physically impossible for her. Maybe keep her in a room with a pee pad, or an xpen with a peepad, and food and water. Until they are 12 weeks old there's the threat of hypoglycemia to watch out for too... that can have horrible consequences. |
