Small Training Triumph
 
This morning, Thor went to his pee pad and relieved himself. As he came back down the hall, I held up two fingers and said "BM" (geddit? #2? Ha!)

He turned right around and went back to his pad. He sniffed around a bit and then pooped! But wait, it gets better. The poop didn't drop, so as he started to walk off the pad, I held up my palm and told him to Stay. He actually Stayed on his pad and waited for me to get a tissue and detach him from the poop!

He got a nice big piece of duck jerkey afterward. I've claimed for years that Thor "goes on command", but this is the first time I really knew he BM'd because I asked him to, rather than him happening to get the urge at the same time I prompted.

G*d Bless him!!!! You are sooo lucky! He so deserves his jerky! I have a trainer coming in today for my girl. I pray we get some progress!

That.... is one of the cutest things I've ever heard. WHY was this not on video? You suck, Thor is awesome. ;) What an awesome trainer you are. Seriously. I don't even think *I* could poop on command. :eek::p

Hahahaha! That's what I was thinking. that's so awesome! Thor is such a smart pants! Kaji goes on command, but he won't poop infront of me at home. Outside he will, inside, he'll stare at me until I leave the room.

Nice job Thor! Does he turn around and look at you while he's going? Moses does that! He's all in his poop position with his bum facing me, then he turns his head to make sure I am still there and watching him! Exhibitionist!

I am impressed that Thor poops on command! Can I send Lucy to your house for a few weeks until she can do that?
