Urinates on Mother's Floor Hi Everyone, I'm a little puzzled about something my 2 year old Yorkie, Bella does. For some odd reason, when she visits my mother she seems to urinate on her kitchen floor. She never does this at our (her) home. She sleeps and eats in our kitchen and she either goes outside or uses puppy pads that we've used since we got her. She never urinates on the floor at home. When she visits my mother's I place the pad down in the kitchen and she has food and water also in the kitchen. I usually try to walk her though and she's good about lettting me know when she needs to go out. Sometimes, she'll want to go out but does nothing when she does go out but when she goes back in the house, she'll go in the kitchen and urinate on the floor. I can't understand why she does this. At first I thought it was the ammonia that my mom washes her kitchen floor with. Could this be it? Or could it be some other odd reason. Thank you in advance, ~Ricky :) |
Does your Mom have a dog or did she have a dog that maybe Bella is trying to leave her own scent at your Mom's. I don't know if it's the ammonia because I use ammonia on my kitchen and bathroom floors and haven't had a problem from it. |
Hi Sammy Mommy, No my mom never had a dog in her house before Bella. It's the oddest thing. Thanks, ~Ricky |
