Eating while x-pen'd? I"m not sure what forum this goes in exactly...but i have a question. I've been putting my baby in an x-pen when I'm gone recently, with his food and water and his crate and comfy bed. I've been noticing though, that when I get home, and after he runs around outside and gets his energy out a bit...he comes in and SCARFS down food... It's almost like he's not eating when I'm not here... Has anyone else noticed something like this before? Is this normal? |
Rizzo is the same way, I thought about asking this but since he is growing normal for his age and the vet says he is healthy and showing no signs of hypo I think it's okay. Maybe someone else has an input? |
forgive the dumb question but what is hypo? |

when mine were little, they wouldn't eat either when I left. once I got home they would run back and forth to their food. To a point, they still do it if I leave their food down. So long as they are not having issues (hypoglycemia or being lethargic), I wouldn't worry about. |
Ok I will keep an eye on him and make sure he's not being lethargic at all :) Thanks for the replies!!! |
