Dustie can "Hump" for England lol.x Yep..its true...He is nearly 1 yr old....and recently he has decided that "Humping" everything in sight is just great.. Arms..legs....table legs...his cuddly toys...in fact anything ....It seems more in an evening...He gets a hold and just won't let go..and if we try to stop him he gets real annoyed... I was hoping not to have him "done"...never did any of my others (well one I did as he used to mark all around the House)..but didn't want to do it to Dustie. Is this my only option to stop this..or will he grow out of it...My other Yorkies were never this bad.. Mind it does make us laugh..but its not funny really..especially when we have visitors..:D Any advice...:) Chris.. |
Alfie was the same only he started much earlier and no matter what he kept doing it until we took away anything large enough to hump. In the end he was neutured- he'd also started marking- so no choice in the end. We got them new beds last weekend and now Rosie is humping those trying to claim them both which seams to annoy Alfie as one is his ater all. If he's humping you its him trying to dominate you so needs nipping in the bud now or you may get other problems as he gets older. |
