Jealousy, Cat box, Chewing
 

So my little guy is 8 months old now, and has developed a HUGE jealousy issue! I can't even pet my cat anymore without him freaking out. To be fair, she does it on purpose half the time just to make him mad (sleeping in his bed--which we discourage, etc). I give him plenty of attention, more than plenty actually...but I can't forget about my kitty! They are good friends, love to play together and cuddle together, etc. Kitty doesn't usually beg for attention, so when I do give her some, it's so frustrating to have to deal with a whiny, jumpy, "me me me me ME!!!" little guy. Love them both, help!

I know it's common (though gross) for puppies to dig in the litter box and eat cat poo...but ew, no, not anymore! I recently moved and before I used a baby gate in front of the closet area where the litter box was. Now, I don't have that option. What can I do to make him stop?

Finally, it may just be a teething thing, but he chews anything and everything! Seems like the best we can do is to keep a constant supply of raw-hides (only toy-type thing he'll chew like that)...but I don't know if that's good for him or not. It's a recent problem. The "no-chew" spray is an option I know of, but that would mean spraying literally everything! Any ideas?

maybe someone can chime in with a similar story and tell you what they did to correct this behavior...
