Enrolled Livie in training!
So I enrolled Olivia into an 8 week training course. Today was actually the 3rd week. It's once a week for an hr each time. I wanted to enroll Maggie as well but I couldn't because I can only focus on one dog and no one else could go with me to train her:rolleyes:...so I am applying whatever I learn with Livie and practicing it with Maggie as well and so far, so good! So far we have practiced SIT, HERE, for her to follow me and for her to look at me when I say her name. She's done very well! I'm a proud momma! She is very well socialized too! She is the smallest in the class but is sooo playful with the other puppies. I've practiced with Maggie as well and she has also learned SIT and to look at me when I say her name. She is not well with taking the treats gently though..she has this thing where when she sees food she goes crazy..so when I hand her her treat she almost bit my finger trying to get it! LOL But I am working with them both and they're learning a lot!!! It's def. worth it!! |
