Switched to Washable potty pads! So, I bought some washables from Ryan (RDB911). Great quality and price! But, I was still using the disposables in their crate at night. They would destroy them and they would only go once on the pad, and because I was asleep, they would just poo on their bed because they didnt want to go back to a dirty pad. They were still having accidents on the carpet, it is like they got to where they didnt want to use the disposable pads. I started using the washables ONLY last week and it has done wonders. The kids have made a 190!! They are using the washable pads, ALL THE TIME! One thing I noticed is they confused a near by rug with a potty pad because it is about the same size and thickness. So, I pulled up that rug. They still go outside, but when they are in the house I have a pad in the living room and they go to the pad without hesitation. Before, they would just pee where they wanted. I just wanted to share this with everyone because if you are having problems with the disposable pads you might try them on washable pads. Don't give up on Pads completely. I just re-ordered 6 more from Ryan & can't wait to receive them!! Has anyone else had similar experiences where the washable pads made something click in their little minds? :D |
I started out with using disposables and Jada would just go wherever she wanted. She would use the pads most of the time but was having like two to three accidents a day. I had one washable pad the the breeder sent home with Jada. I put it down and it was like OMG she used it every time that day. Well I bought more of the washable pads and she rarely has accidents any more. My little Bogie does good on the washable or disposables and Jada will now use both. I keep the washable down when I am at work because I think they play tug of war with the disposable ones if we are not at home. When I am home I use the disposables. |
I too use the washable pee pads and I love them- glad you found them and they are working for you |
Who has the best pads for the best price? I've bought up a truck load of disposables, but thinking I'm going to try the washable ones. Thanks! :) |
I get mine from the bedding department. They are meant to keep mattresses dry but work GREAT! I only have 3 so I rotate and wash. I love love love them :D |
Where can I buy washable pee pads??? Thanks! |
I just ordered some from EZwhelp.com YT members on another post suggested it. You'll want to order quick, though. If you place your order today before 8 p.m. ET, your order will ship tomorrow. If you wait, your order won't be shipped until after the 16th. My guess is that they are going on vacation. But of course, everyone deserves a break :) |

I love the quality of your pads, Ryan. Both disposable & washable are fabulous. I think 6 24X36 pads for less than 40.00 is a great deal. I absolutely think they are worth it. They are washing up super! (and I wash them once a day). Thanks for being such a great seller on YT! The fast shipments are great! |
I also use the washable pads from Personallypaws.com and I love them. Never go back to disposable again. |
