Pet-A-Potty Has anyone ever tried a Pet-A-Potty? |
I looked it up, I had never heard of it before(it;s really cute), I just use pee pads, sorry |
I have been looking at both the Pet Loo and Pup Head potties. You can get the Pup Head for $99 @ wonderdogs.com and that includes shipping, whereas most places sell them for $149.95. The Pet Loo looks less messy, but is twice as much. I don't mind paying it as long as my yorkie would use it, but I'm afraid of paying that much and she not going on it. Let me know if you try any of them out. I'm curious to know how difficult it is to get them to go potty on it. |
I'm in the same boat. I am very interested in trying them, but I would hate to spend that kind of money if it is really hard to train my puppy on either. If anyone has a Pet-a-potty, Pet loo, or Pup head, please let me know if they are effective. |
Pup Head potties Horrible !!! I have to say STAY FAR AWAY FROM pup head potties... for its nasty to clean Id rather use wee-wee pads!! you can never tell how much your Yorkie uses it (urine) and to pick it up to clean it the urine runs straight through it even when you use wee-wee pads with it's it still a mess ..save yourself the trouble and use wee-wee pads ... since urine will pool in the bottom of the pup head if you don’t use wee-wee pads anyway what’s the point if your going to pay $100+ and then still have to use wee wee pads?? I have one that is just sitting on my back porch because its such a hassle, in addition that synthetic grass is horrible it unravels and you'll be replacing it over and over!! Cheaply made and a complete waste of the $149 I paid for it. Pup Head for me gets :thumbdown:thumbdown:thumbdown  |

iF IT WILL WORK AND KEEP THE SMELL DOWN i WOULD THINK ABOUT GIVING IT A TRY. i AM WONDERING IF THE AIRATOR WATERER WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA. |
I don't think one would work for us. I can't seem to get Lilly to potty on anything different than just a pee pad BY ITSELF. I got one of those plastic holders that hold the pee pads in place and keep them from peeing off the side and she was so scared of it. She just kept peeing on the carpet and wouldn't go near the pee pads. |
