I'm the only one who can open the door Susie won't go out unless I'm the one who opens the door. I can be in bed sound asleep in the back of the house and my husband can be standing beside the back door, but if he opens the door she'll just turn up her nose and go get me. I was out of town for 6 days and she did fine - she even let him know when she wanted out. But now that I'm back, I'm the only door opener again. Even if my husband picks her up and places her on the porch, she won't do anything except wait for someone to let her in again. She's spoiled rotten. How can we get her to stop singing, "Only You," and start going out no matter who opens the door? |
My dogs do this to me in the morning. My husband will let them out if he gets up first, but he doesn't feed them so they won't even go down because all they want is food when they wake up. So they bounce on me even if he's standing there with the leashes. The answer is to have other people feed her, walk her, give her treats, etc. He can put a leash on her and TAKE her outside, then she has no choice. Aren't they fun? But oh so cute... ;) |
mine wont go number 2 unless i am there....when my mom keeps her she holds it till i get home...crazy girl... |
Two of mine won't eat unless I'm right there with them....I don't know what's up with that, but because I'm the one who does everything for them, they ignore the rest of my family if I'm home. They're like infants....they want their mothers....I love it!!!!! |
All of mine only want me unless they search the whole house and if I'm gone the daddy will do. Spoiled - you bet! No going ouside for anyone but mom. |
My pom won't go out for anyomne but me. I get so mad at my DD and DH, If I am gone for a long time (rarely) they won't pick her up and put her outside. |
