Puppy Classes
 
Hi all,

I am sure this has been discussed before but since I am new I will ask again. I have read in other threads that some are participating in puppy classes. How do you find out where and when these are offered? Thanks everyone.

I did google search.
Many of doggie day care offer puppy classes as well as SPCA provide classes.
I took both private class and SPCA and they are both excellent.
Good luck finding a right class.

Petsmart has class that they offer. Check with your local pet supply stores and kennels. My trainor "rents" time and space at these places and holds classes. She has flyers at these locations as well as at local vets offices. Good luck.:)

I just signed my pup up for one of the classes at Petsmart. They are $109 for an 8 week course. Our local Petsmart is having a special right now that if you sign up by this Sunday you save $15. So I got Derby in for $95. Some deal!!!! You may want to see if your local Petsmart is offering the same incentive. Good Luck!!!!:animal37

I am so glad that I read this...thanks for posting! I just called my local Petsmart. The incentive is only $10 here but they agreed to match the $15 that your Petsmart was offering. So excited! Good luck with the classes!

YAY!!!!:cool88: I'm so glad to hear that! I'm glad that helped. I really like Petsmart a lot. They seem so much more Customer Oriented and accomodating then PetCo to me. They are more helpful and friendly too....at least at my local store. Let's keep in touch in regards to the classes. I signed my guy up for the Beginners Course. Which one are you taking with your yorkie?:animal36

I'm a big fan of Petsmart as well. My vet at Banfield, their pet hospital, takes really good care of Chloe. I signed her up for their puppy wellness plan and have no regrets.

Chloe is enrolled in the puppy class. Perfect timing too..the first class is this Monday evening. I'm pumped! Great idea on keeping in touch. I will definitely let you know how it went...looking forward to hearing how it goes for you!
