The Dog Whisperer! Has anyone seen this on the National Geographic channel? Incredible! Cesar Millan can train any bad dog. I have watched 8 episodes so far and have another dozen scheduled to record this month. 1/27, 10:30 am he will have a yorkie on the show. Here's a link to the episode guide. The Dog Whisperer It is on this morning at 10:30am. Val |
I've got to check that out. Some people just have special gifts of connecting with dogs, eh? |
Toto's trainer, Paul, was advertised as a "Dog Whisperer"! And from what we observed, it's like a magical thing! We had tried and tried to leash train her and couldn't even get her to stand up with her harness on ... Paul had her trotting around and being so obedient in one afternoon ... it was absolutely amazing!! :) We sure wish we could find someone like him up here in Colorado!! ;) |
I have seen so many episodes of The Dog Whisperer, I love them, Cesar Millan is incredible, I've learnt a lot from him. I also watch "Good Dog U", but this one is kind of plain. |
I found this quite awhile ago. He is amazing. I would love to have him come in to my house. I think he is in California, right? I am in Maine, guess that would be a pricey house call huh? :D |
1 Attachment(s) Here is a picture of my daughter, Madison, and Cap'n Hef with the Dog Whisperer. We were lucky enough to meet him and get his autographed DVD at a charity dog show last month! |
Wow cool! I have watched his show and he is incredible with dogs! |
What channel, time and day is he on? I would love to watch this show! |

I have since tuned in to the show a few times...He is amazing~ ;) :) Is his DVD out now for sale? I'd love to get it- |
show Friday night Did anyone see the 8 Yorkies that was on the show Friday night? It was great! Cesar dealt with one named Scrappy (I think that was her name) that was too dependant on her owner and visa versa. Man I really need a visit with him. :animal36 |
Yes it's great.............. :yorkietal |
I absolutely love the show....but I feel kinda guilty watching it because I think Pippa is the boss, which is not the way it's supposed to be..hehe Most of the dog's issues on that show are because they think they are the boss. I try to work on being the boss...Cesar's philosophy is Excercise, Discipline, THEN love, affection. That is soooo hard with Yorkies. They are so darn cute you just want to hug and kiss them all the time!!!!! Basically he says they have to earn your love and affection, you should not just give it to them all the time for no reason because it confuses them. I guess I just need to keep telling my self...I'm the boss...I'm the boss.....and start acting like it......:-) |
I'm stinking at the boss thing too-- tmatherly--my husband is from Bentonville! Fayetteville is really nice. |
