I bought a 6lb bag of Wellness puppy kibble and it was $21.00. I didn't think that it was too expensive given the fact that he would only eat say 10 - 15 pieces at a time..lol:D |
Well last time I took her to the vet she was 2.8lbs but I think she maybe 3lbs now. I don't have a scale here, cause I don't want to know what I weigh.LOL.. She is going next sat so I guess I know then.. What about Odie?? |
he is 1 lb. We have a vet appointment on Monday for his next set of needles so I will find out how much he weighs then. When I got him he was a whopping 8 ozs. |
Odie is so tiny, Izzie was the biggest one out of the litter when I got her..She wasn't always then I guess the last 2wks b4 I got her she was the biggest. I got a 6lb puppy bag for 12.92 and the adult 6lb for 11.89 |
:luvu: he was the smallest of the litter and yet born second. |
he whispered to me the other day that when he grows up he wants to be a doberman...lol |
I told him that he is a beautiful yorkie and not to worry about his size.. I told him size isn't everything in life.. he sighed... :aimeeyork |
The breeder kept the tiniest one out of the litter..Izzie has this little belly its to funny. I don't think she will be too small the dad was 7lbs and the mom was 10lbs but I think that was because she just had some pups(5 for the first litter)..she was only slightly bigger than the dad. |
Odie's mom is about 4.5lb and his dad is about 3 so he will be a tiny pup His brother and sister were twice his size |
Some of the disposables are better than others. I don't think I have heard anything bad about Nature's Miracle. Some, though do leak or aren't very absorbent (can't hold much urine). I use the washable cloth ones. They work best for my crew. |

I'm off to vacuum...It was nice talking to you...You and Odie take care...ttyl |
We have tried them all and our favorites are the Arm and Hammer brand you get at Target! Not only do they absorb but you get the oder protection of the Arm & Hammer! You should give them a try!:D |
I buy Nature's Miracle as well. They are supposed to have a grass scent which makes transitioning to go outside not as strange. I am not sure how effective this is because I don't have him strictly do one thing (outside vs. inside). I guess I like the idea of it so when and if I ever want him to potty outside, it will be a smoother transition. I put the pad in a litter box and my boy knows to go to it to do his biz. I tried the litter in the box but he kept wanting to chew on it so out that went. |

I'll try the Arm & Hammer next if she doesn't like the Nature's Miracle... I just want her to go on it...Eventually when she has all her shots I will take her outside. |
