Just purchased Jan 5. Have receipt, but they will not accept return since opened. My daughter purchased and did open before she realized she already had this game. Paid $49.99 plus tax.

If interested, will sell for $40 includes shipping.

You can always try GameStop or GameExchange....I'm not sure what they'll give for it, but it's a new game so you may get a good amount back for it.

It is still available. I haven't gotten around to checking out the local exchange store. The plastic wrap is even still on, but opened. My daughter really loves this game which she alreay had. Just let me know.
