I wanted to know the reasons why everyone loves their Yorkies soo much!

1. She's adores me

5. She doesn't eat much (I can buy her the most expensive food and it still doesn't cost a lot

The reasons I love Couver:

1. He is there for me whenever I need him.
2. He is the snuggliest little boy...
3. He gives me kisses all the time
4. He loves all other dogs
5. He is the boss and the mascot of our dog park
6. He goes with me everywhere and is always willing to ride in his bag.
7. He is my doggy soulmate (we were seriously made for one another!)
8. He loves chasing squirrels and even knows the word squirrel
9. He is not motivated by food but rather praise... He does everything he can to please me
10. He is wild and energetic
11. He travels amazingly well... He just wants to be with me
12. He has the sweetest puppy eyes... All he has to do is pout and show me his sad eyes and he wins me over

1. His little tongue. It's perfect. It's tiny, and virtually slobber free. When he licks my mouth, he tries to push it in between my lips. It's so darling.

2. I may be biased, but I think he is exceptionally cute, even for a yorkie!

3. When he rests his tiny chin on me when he's resting. It's such a little chin, but somehow it feels heavy. It's those times when I feel how much he loves and trusts me.

4. Whenever we go to the park, I get to see what pure, unadulterated joy looks like. He loves running every which way in the park with all his heart, every time we go.

5. I love how he does his best to dig himself a little nest in my couch.

6. I love his special coloring. Special coloring for a special dog!

7. I love watching him eat. He puts so much effort into it.

8. I love that his poops are tiny and easy to pick up!

9. I love that he looks like a little bunny when he runs.

10. Whenever he gets excited (which is frequently), he hunkers down and army crawls along the rug. It's hilarious.

11. When he rolls around on his back in the park. He looks crazy, and crazy adorable at the same time.

12. His little face when he pants. It's SO CUTE, I CAN'T STAND IT. He doesn't pant all that often, and he usually closes his mouth when I look directly at him, so it's always a treat when I see it.

13. He's learned to sit at street corners and wait for me to signal him. I love seeing his little face turned up, waiting for me.

14. I love taking him to the corner store, where they give him cheap kibble as a treat. As far as he's concerned, it's doggy crack. He gets so super excited when we go, he can hardly contain himself.

15. I love when he runs around on my hardwood floors. He literally runs in place for the first few seconds, just like a cartoon. And when he needs to stop, he slides and skids like a pro race car driver.

16. I love when we play together and he growls. It's the funniest sound in the world.

17. I love when I give him a belly rub and he looks at me with total love and trust.

18. I love when I give him a belly rub and he lifts his front legs over his head. It looks like he's being put under arrest.

19. I love that he considers it his job to watch out for both of us. When we walk at night, he always alerts on possible threats to our safety (mailboxes, joggers, plastic bags, etc). Then when I tell him it's okay, he relaxes (usually).

20. If he wants a belly rub, it's impossible to pick him up. He turns into a jellyfish, and no matter how I come at him, he manages to stay on his back, completely limp.

Twenty Reasons Why I Adore Rhia
1. She’s always SO excited when I walk in the door.
2. How she curls up on my right side when we sleep- every single night
3. Waking up and her pouncing on me in the morning.
4. How she barks at people outside my window, then comes running to me because she wants to go outside and greet them.
5. How she stretches out on her blanket.
6. When she puts all her toys in her corner.
7. The sock game. She’ll grab my socks from me after I take them off after work. She then takes them and sits them in front of my closet, where the laundry hamper is.
8. How she shakes in the car, but is fine if you place her in your lap!
9. How she flattens herself like a pancake when meeting small children.
10. When she watches me out of the corner of her eye to make sure I don’t see her steal something she knows she shouldn’t have. ;)
11. The fact that she won’t come running to the kitchen if it’s a bag of bread or bag of lettuce, but the cheese bag!? Oh, she knows exactly what that sounds like.

1. He is so active, intelligent, inquistive
2. He is a lapdog, but also independent
3. How he snuggles with me , either on my feet, or in my lap
4. How he kisses my tears away, when I'm sad
5. How he chases his balls or toys, will full abandon, like it never, ever happened before.
6. His beautifull silk coat, that just slips through my hands. Pure heaven
7. His joy of seeing me, even if I've only been gone for five minutes.

9. How he follows me into the bath, and just hangs around with me while I have my long bath, and then tries to lick all the water off my body.

12. I love his eyes. They are so liquid and pure when they look at me.

Twenty reasons I love my Levi
1. He is seriously the friendliest dog I've ever met. He loves every human and animal he comes in contact with.
2. He is so playful!
3. He has been learning obedience commands and tricks pretty easily.
4. I might be biased, but he is darn cute.
5. He is my constant little companion and hates to even be in a different room than me.
6. He loves to be outside and keeps me motivated to take him on long walks.
7. He recognizes me from pretty far away and gets so excited to see me that he licks and licks me with his little tail wagging.
8. He will do anything in the world for a treat!
9. He runs off with my socks if he thinks I'm not paying attention to him.

1) He is the PERFECT size for me (not too big, not too small)- I can hold him like a human baby
2) How he would force his way into my lap and blanket
3) He is my living teddy bear (it's hard for me to sleep without him by my side)
4) He is so much like me...:p (loves food, play, and friends)
5) He is potty trained!! Took us 6 months, but it's all worth it!

~Sometimes she'll be playing tug of war while on the couch with me and she'll start "paddling" her feet, indicating she's tired, she'll fall asleep w/the toy in her mouth! lol!
~Sometimes when she uses the pad she will come ask me for a treat
~She's soooo "portable" and loves to go bye-bye
~She sports the cutest outfits & let's me cut her hair ($$ saver! lol)
~A 6lb. bag of food lasts her like 3 months!
~She maintains her independence @ night and refuses to come to bed with me so she can keep watch sleeping by the door...I wake up every a.m. with her curled up beside me. :)
~She smothers me with kisses, esp. when I'm having a bad day, like she knows.

~She gets along with my parent's dogs, which means I can visit them often, with her in tote.

9. She stretches out on the couch comforter and looks SOOOO long. Even though she is only 4 1/2 lbs.

12. She loves to see other dogs but when they go near her, she gets all scared and acts like a baby. It is really funny.
13. She won't let anyone else hold her and she won't go to anyone else. Even though it would be easier if she did, I kind of love the fact that she is a one woman doggie.

There are lots of reasons why I love my yorkie but the things that I really like is when she loves to lay in bed with me all day and lick my face. Also, when I blow her ears and gets mad on it. The most important is that I am happy when she's around.
