Is it the Yorkie breed or do I just keep getting perverts for dogs? I can not go to the bathroom without my baby following me. If I dont let her in she will cry at the door. She only does this at the bathroom. I can go to any other room of the house and she does not care but if I go to the bathroom she she has to come with me. most of the time she will beat me in there. its like she knows Im going in there. Does any one else have babys like this?

I do. He has to go with me, but he is getting better about not having to be in there each and every time.

idk, I keep my door open when I go in there, but I live alone with the execption of the furries. He usually doesn't pay any mind to it then, but Rizz is a little mr. Independent.

if the gate is down to the hallway.......mine will still go in there with me....he thinks it is his job..........if anyone is home and i close the door...he will lay at the door crying till i let him in.

I can't leave the door closed otherwise they will paw at the door and wimper and whine. lol

If I go potty, Bonnie goes potty. It is the funniest thing. She will follow me to the bathroom and use her potty pad

Kasha HAS to follow both the BF and I to the bathroom. I think it's cute, but it's not for everyone. She's gotten more independent as she's gotten older and now will sometimes just check it out and then leave or nap on the bath mat.

On a side note she frequently goes potty when I go potty in the mornings so that helped us with training.

Mabel goes in with me too...Just me tho, everybody else in our house can potty in peace! She usually wants me to pick her up and when i don't she lays under my feet!

My babygirl loves to be next to me most of the time, and I thought it was odd that she follows me, even wants to be on my lap while I use the restroom. I am glad others have this issue too.

My baby used to do this when she was a teeny tiny girl. I leave the door open, and most of the time she'll follow me in there to see what I'm doing and then will leave to play with toys lol.

I have 3 dogs, and if I don't shut the bathroom door all the way, they will all bust in and gather around to watch me.

If they can't get the door open, they stand outside the door and whine and scratch. I'm not sure what the fascination is, but it seems to mean a lot to them. Pretty embarrassing for me, though.
