WTB: Hide a bee/squirrel toys
 
Where can i buy a hide a bee toy for cheap.. Any online or stores in NJ? Anyone have one if so please tell me how the toy is. Thank you :D

I got ours off ebay. I think it was around 12 and that included shipping.

We got our hide a squirrel at Petsmart. Both dogs love it, although Rudy still manages to get his head stuck in the tree trunk once in a while :)

All of mine play with the hide a squirrel. It's fun...well repeatedly putting squirrels back inside isn't too much fun. LOL.

eBay was the cheapest place I found it. It's been awhile so I've forgotten the seller, but I bought it on a buy it now.

Did you look in ebay stores? I bought mine from a store and the shipping was reasonable.

I've seen these in most of the pet stores for like $19.99. I haven't got my boy one cause he can chew the head off a stuffed animal in 15 mins....hehe :D

I think I saw them at Petco. And then I saw in a family owned pet shop. :) I would think someone here at YT would sell them.

My roommate got a hide-a-squirrel for his Yorkie/Maltese (She's 10-12lbs) from Petsmart. I found one at a local petstore called Wylie Wagg (they have an online store as well) in my area and it was much smaller than the one my roommate got which was perfect for my 4lbs Yorkie and his small mouth. He loves it! I paid $10 for mine and I'm so glad I got it. :)

LOL it's so funny because I wanted one of those so bad...and Daizy ended up getting one the last GE from her buddy....Daizy got her head stuck in it immediately and now neither of my girls hardly touch it at all....they play with the squirrels because of the squeakers tho...

I think it's just adorable...I'm hoping to re-kindle some interest in it...heck I have played with it more!! :D

My groomer sells it for like 8 dollars .. we buy one almost every month due to ONE killer Teapot lmao I will ask her where she gets hers !!!Sabrina the murder loves to eat three rodents a month !!

We have the Hide-a-bee, squirrel, and bird. Ariel loves them! We got ours on Ebay ... much cheaper than the ones sold at pet stores around my area.

I was at Petsmart the other day and saw them for $12.99. That is the cheapest I have seen them, especially when including shipping! I haven't bought one for bella, but I think I will get her one some time. :)

Just wondering what size do you usually get for the hide a bee/squirrel toy? My furbabies are 4.5 lbs and 1.8 lbs, so I think large may be too big for them?

I think a small should do for your furbabies so they both can play with it.

We found the HAS at Petsmart last week for $12.99. My girls all have the HAS and love it. I put their kibble or a treat in the trunk. They love "finding" the littles surprises in there.
i had to cut off all the whiskers on all the squirrels as they were prickly and i didn't want them to accidentally poke into their eyes...just be careful and don't let them get their head stuck in the trunk either. Mine all have the small size and it is perfect. We have had ours over a year and it still looks good. :thumbup:

I've looked on-line and it looks like they only have one size for the Hide-a-Bee. I did see that they have a junior size for the Hide-a-Squirrel. If you were able to find the small size Hide-a-Bee, can you tell me where you purchased it from? Thanks! :)

Gucci got the hide-a-squirrel as a gift in the Gift Exchange, he ADORES IT!!! When I wake up every morning (he sleeps in my room in his X-Pen) the Hide-A-Squirrel is the FIRST Toy that he has out, he loves it so much... I definately think it would be worth getting if you can. We couldn't find one here anywhere but our GE buddy got us one soooooooo THANK YOU FUFUFASHIONS aka KISSY AND LINDA!! WE ADORE THIS AND IT IS GUCCIS Favorite next to his Hedgehogs lol.. he has a love affair with those :D

Tobie got one yesterday from grandma and he is in love with it! He has been playing with that thing all morning and now he is so pooped out. She got it from petsmart for 12.99, I had been looking for that toy for a month in the large town that I live in and could not find it anywhere, I went to a petsmart there and this lady said she never head of it but somehow my mom found it at petsmart where she lives with is a much smaller town. Its his new favorite toy!

Widget has hide a bee, hide a bird, hide a squirrel and has managed to pull the stuffing out of all of them in about a week. He is bound and determined to remove any and all squeakers out of anything he can get a hold of. He was entertained as long as I put them back in their containers for him to pull out but once he was on his own he just wanted all that stuffing out and to chew up the squeakers.

I just called my local petsmart and they have a hide a squirrel that I asked them to put on hold for me for $12.99 that i'm picking up after work. I'm so excited to see how Bailey reacts to it. I'll upload some pics of him with it when he's playing with it later... :)

I am sure that he will love it, I know Tobie sure does he even carries the trunk around lol..can't wait to see pictures!!

I've just placed my order for the hide-a-bee through entirelypets.com. The cost was $9.74 plus shipping. For me it was worth it, since I had to order a few more stuff from there as well. In any case, I haven't seen a 'jr size' hide-a-bee anywhere. I know they have a 'jr size' for the hide-a-squirrel.
