I have the normal size one and even dakota whose smaller is able to carry it around. |
We have the smaller one too....Both my boys only play with the squirrels....We plan on getting the bees and birds only....They like squeeky things...:rolleyes: Bet Stedman will love it Joyce |

That picture is too funny!:yelrotflm Our little girl looooooves this toy! She is so funny. She yanks the squirrels out in about 3 seconds flat and then grabs the trunk and shakes it all around. Then she picks up a squirrel and tries to reinsert it into the trunk. So far she hasn't gotten any back in, but it keeps her busy trying.:) |

I have been thinking about that toy since before xmas, I just wonder with 5 babies, would they fight over it:confused: they dont with any other toys, they had them on sale at petsmart for 9.00 but i didnt get one:( now i wish i had after seeing and hearing how much fun they are. |

You know, I have only seen the larger squirrel one around here....and that was at Petco. My local PetsMart doesn't carry them (or the everlasting treat ball either)...and you would think all PetsMart stores would be fairly the same?! Crazy :confuse8: |
Hide a Squirrel Tricksie is a chewer, I ordered the med. and all she wanted to do was eat the squirrels then their home. It is in the garbage, along with the Kong toys the EverLasing Treat Ball, the bully sticks, the flossies from Merrick, the Seacreature, etc. I give up. She has had a bacterial infection twice within 2 months. She has had a treat in the afternoon of one teas. of cottage cheese with sugar free apple sauce for several months. They don't know what is causing the infection but have too quit the cottage cheese, etc. and stick to her Life Abundance, boiled skinless chicken breast and rice. If she gets the infection again, they will do liver and other tests. |

I bought one, they destroyed it, bought another one a month or so later and they destroyed that one also, so I just don't think that toy was well made :rolleyes: :thumbdown ANYWAY - I am sorry to hear that your baby has had an infection :( The poor thing!! I sure hope she doesn't get one again, but if she does I would definitely have the tests done. I will say a little prayer for her just in case - I sure hope it isn't anything serious! |
Well, we got the Hide a Squirrel in a few days ago :D It is so cute!! I took it out of the box just to peek at it, and check out the size, but of course Stedman can't see it until either Valentines Day, or his Birthday (don't know which it's for yet LOL) :p Granted this is our first "Hide a Toy" - so I can't really compare sizes, but I can't imagine that there would be one smaller than this. It is the PERFECT size for us though. It's exactly what I wanted :D It is not by any means too small, and no where near too big - it is just PERFECT! :thumbup: I tried to look for a "size name" on the box...but it didn't say anything. So I'm guessing that this is the smallest one they make, but I am so happy with it, and the size :) I think Stedman is going to just LOVE it! :D I can't wait to see him play with the thing and I'm sure you will be seeing pictures of him "opening" it either on Valentines Day, or his Birthday, which is also next month ;) Thank you to everyone who helped me with this darn toy, LOL...I had no idea what I was doing when buying one of these things, but am so happy that I got him one, it is just too cute! :D |

We just got ours too and Zoë freakin' loves it! She pulled out all the squirrels on her owna dn she just carries the trunk all over the place. She's already got her head caught in it LOL. The funny thing is that she normally doesn't play with toys but she is carrying this thing everywhere. I would highly recommend it! D- |
Marcel LOVES his squirrels - as individuals and when they're in the trunk as a fam. The Floop could care less about them. LOL. He will just sit sometimes w/ a little squirrel in his mouth and squeak it over and over and over - it is so dang cute. He "gets" the game too - and will work to get each squirrel out of the trunk and then prance around first w/ the trunk, then with a squirrel. |

That's a great price! Teddi loves her hide a squirrel. She carries the squirrel's all over the house. She loves playing with them. Sometimes I will just see this tail hanging ot of her mouth! So funny! |
we have the (small) birdhouse and birds one,, i got it for Cricket(4 pounds),, she KILLS da birds from time to time,,lol,, but now they all play with it,when its out,, they love the sqeaker birds!:thumbup: |

Zoe recieved hers last week for her birthday and kinda likes it unfortunately Lizzie is a fanatic about it....she just goes freakin' crazy when she sees it so Zoe doesn't get much play time with it. The dogs actually got into a snarlin' fight last night with it...i guess its time to get another one....even though I don't think that will help because Lizzie has to have everything that Zoe has... |
