I am I seen it happen an its stuck in my head the dog threw her an broke her neck. I picked her up an she had blood all over me an my husband. My husband tried everything to get the blood out so she could breath but he couldn't, and the owners of the dog just said sorry did't offer to pay for her or take the dog in to see what was wrong with her to kill another dog!! It seems like as more time goes by I get mad instead of just upset crying!!! Thank you so much though

Oh, that's awful, poor, poor little thing. I feel it's pretty appalling how the owners of the bigger dog reacted, from what you say. Quite despicable really, I'm not surprised you're beginning to feel angry as well as heartbroken.

Call your legal officer (Staff Judge Advocate) on base and let them know what happen. They can actually garnish that guys wages if he doesn't pay you for your loss. What a horrible thing to have happen. I hope you don't go around those people anymore.

The bad thing about it is I just moved here about 4 months ago an I don't have any friends other then them. I moved from oklahoma usa an I was really close with my sister an mom so its been a rough road that I though was going good for a lil while until all this happened. I asked them yesterday if an when they were going to pay for her an she said that they would on the 15th so we will see we had a report taken when it happened so I hope we don't have to have any problems!!! We are going to go look at a little Girls Friday if we get her I will post some pics I can't wait for Friday to get here I am so excited!
