1 Attachment(s) My little girl Holly died in my arms on 13th December, she was 16. I found her collapsed and she died shortly after as we rushed her to the vet in the car. She had a heart murmur so I am assuming it was her heart that gave up. Christmas has been so difficult, she was a christmas present to me 16 years ago, thats why I named her Holly, and she died nearly 16 years to the day that I got her. She can never be replaced :animal-pa |
Ohhh Andie68, sorry I don't know if Andy of your real name?? I'm so sorry to hear that Holly has gone to Rainbow bridge...RUN FREE HOLLY! They certainly tear your heart apart don't they?:unlove: But rest assured you gave her the best possible life a little Yorkie could have! She has no pain now, has friends to play with and plenty of scrummy bones too! I hope time heals you a little and you will look back and smile at all the good times, love and hugs, Dawn X |

Hi all of you ! :D :D :D :D Was just going to my bed at 6am, lol, and saw this thread....yipeeee some locals !!!My puter has broken down several times over the last few days, so we have had to wipe and reload it, so no pics loaded yet....will post some of my three babies later on. :aimeeyork TARA (THE QUEEN) is my first, age nearly 7, and her pic is on the left ! Got her as a tiny puppy in 2000. :aimeeyork CASPER (MANNIE) was bought when Tara was age 3. He was 19 months then, and he is 4 and a half now - pic later. :aimeeyork TAMMY (TAMMYKINS) came to us last October. We bought her in a terrible state and nursed her back to health. She is 3 and a half - pic later They are all 4lbs in weight, so "small". Any Scottish people on this forum ??? I feel very lonely way up here in the Highlands of Scotland !!! Thank heavens for all you nice English ! :D Welcome to all of you in the UK. Love Debra x x x x :animal-pa |

alfiesmummy Can anybody help me, my boy Alfie was stolen from me on the 19th May 2004 and I am devestated, it is coming up to may again and I still have not found my boy. The thing is, is that I have my own web site for Alfie and my site helps lost and stolen dogs, and dogs in need. I have to be strong for the members of my site who have missing dogs, but sometimes I just want to be me and talk about my own dog. I spend so much time helping others that every now and then I just want to talk about my own feelings. Last year alone I helped get home 56 stolen dogs and I feel good about that. However right now, I feel really sad about my own boy. I find that I am very tearfull and stressed and just want to talk about Alfie, I miss him so much. You can see all the information that you want about Alfie, plus clips from some documentories that were done for him, on www.alfieslostterriers.com Alfie yorkshire terrier, stolen on May 19th 2004. Oh, I'm so very sorry. I can hardly begin to imagine how awful it must be for you, the not knowing must be devastating, much worse than when they die & that hurts more than enough. I've lost cats in the past, but know it would be even more awful if it were one of my Yorkies, the cats were always more independent anyway & possibly roamed. That you've been able to help others to be reunited with their dogs is wonderful, I just wish the next one could be Alfie. May 5th is my oldest one's 12th birthday, which after the vet's diagnosis 2 years ago I never hoped for her to see & know how lucky I've been, so I will be thinking of you the day before & sending a special prayer that you can still find him. |
alfiesmummy Thank you both for your very kind messages of support. This means so much to me. Justine |

hello uk yorkie peeps Hi, I'm Kerry and i live in Oxfordshire. My hubby is in the RAF. I've just lost my baby girl (16 may) she was my little sidekick for 14 years and i'm missing her so much. i have just contacted a breeder down in Weymouth Dorset and she just had 6 puppies born, 3 bitches and 3 dogs. the bitches are all spoken for already but she has taken my number and put me on her list. She sent me some lovely pics of her dogs and they are stunning, she is a kennel club accredited breeder, so hopefully maybe later this year i will be welcoming another little bundle of fun into our family. |
