| Dogs TV Do any of yours watch the telly? Mine never used to bother. For years we had a small TV in the corner of the sitting room which I don't think they even noticed. Then, about 3 months ago, we finally went modern & bought a 42" digital & they've become addicts! Wildlife I can understand, cartoons....well they do have a sense of humour, but last week they finally surprised me when I thought they'd suddenly gone all cultural on me, glued to Little Dorrit. Then I realised what had caught their attention was the shop collapsing so completely & I understood.....it must have been admiration at someone who could destroy a house even better than they could! What really irks though is when one of the Skyes, who must have a spine of steel pipe, does her meerkat impression, bolt upright on her back legs about a foot in front of the screen. None of us can see a thing, even though the TV's on top of a 3ft high cupboard! xx Meggie |

| Hi Meggie This gave me such a good laugh - I can just imagine them monopolizing the TV with you not getting a look in! Hilarious. Tootsy is simply not interested in the TV at all. In fact she would much rather have it switched off, so she can be the centre of attention, as usual. She gives a sigh and flops down onto the floor when I switch it on. ('Oh no, she is not going to watch that box thing again!') She is also not interested in looking at herself in the mirror either. I say 'look, there's Tootsy! She just turns her head the other way. It sounds like your dogs are WAY more intelligent than Tootsy!! Luv Yvonne xxx |

| My dogs don't bother but my sister in law had a collie cross that loved to watch animals. The best bit was when the animals disappeared she went round the back of the TV to see where they had gone
