Hi Muffin's mom, yes your messages are coming through ok... and welcome to YT!! I'm also from Ontario Canada, and my little Missy is 15 weeks old (3 months and 2 weeks) right now she's 3.7 lbs... and i can't wait to see how big she'll be as an adult...

Hello to everyone and thanks for all the welcomes I received when i joined this forum earlier this week .A special welcome to puppylovingnurse as we are both from cornwall.I will be posting some pictures of my muffin as soon as I get some help ,probably over this weekend .

I am from Gatineau, Quebec (just across from Ottawa)

I had 2 yorkies Jazz and Tango. Jazz passed away last September and am still heartbroken. Would love to buy another but can't afford the $1000+. So if you know of a breeder closer to my home, would love to hear!!

Hi everyone from Canada! I'm new out on here from the Windsor/Essex County area. I don't have a Yorkshire Terrier yet, but am looking and have wanted one for many years now. I'm having trouble finding a good breeder near where I live. Can anyone help me? I thank you for you time. :aimeeyork

hi everyone glad to have such a wonderful bunch of people talking about yorkies....i just lost my beloved Mysha almost a year and a half now..
my heart was broken...and so i had to go and replace her with two girlies...
one for me and one for my hubby....they have become our joy..
we laugh ..and they keep us happy....along with all the ups and downs of owning a yorkie...
i live north of peterborough....

Hi everyone

I live in Welland, Ontario. I have two adorable yorkies...Mindy is 7 months and Bear is 15 weeks. They share the same father and their mothers are sisters from the same litter. I just love them to bits.

Hi, Maybe you have your :2puppy: now. How old is he and what is his name? Puppies are a lot of fun. One thing they do do,is piddle. I started my two on paper first. I also took them outside to do their as much as posable. My little guy,:animal36 Oliver is 8 months now and will use the paper at night which makes it easier for night time when he needs to go. One other thing is to play with his feet so that he will not be feet shy. It is hard to trim feet and cut nails if a dog is feet shy.........:animal37 Have fun!

Meeting up in Toronto June 8 & Barrie ON July 2008?
 
I travel quite a bit. Am in ON right now.;) Hangin' ten with 2 rough YT brothers who haven't seen each other for a year.
Will be going East soon. Of course, have to visit with some Yorkies out there too (a few cuties in NL and NS!) then back to NB for a short time for boredom sake. Then south and out west...(where's my cape?)

Have the CanadianYorkshireTerrierRescue.com site and will click to join the Cdn Yorkshire & Sm Breed Meetup Club. There MUST be a name change or something due to the link there saying : Click to join: OntarioYorkieMeetup http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/O...kieMeetup/join :icon5:
The site says they need software to update their website, wish i could help w that but I don't have it or know how.

Annual Meet Up in Barrie Ontario July 2008...hope to be there.:animal-pa
I will miss the Walk A Thon with all the Yorkies June 8 2008 in downtown Toronto :( I can still help them rescue YT's by collecting pledges, even if I don't go right? Anyways, I'll just email 'em at the info@ unless any of them are on here.

Ok,, now I can say. I am from ontario.. now that I posted a thread. I can let others know who I am. I had to wait for my papers for my newest yorkie. breeder tried to scam me.. this is the thread I posted if any of you want to check it out.

I would love to soon get involved in a meet.
