thanks alot : ) your yorkie is adorable!! |
I got my Littlest Mac from Seven Pines Stables over by Lindsay, Ontario. She was nice and knowledgeable and my puppy is very healthy and fully AKC registered. I got a full package with my puppy including microchipped, lineage going back several generations, beginner insurance etc. Check them out as you would check any breeder. I don't know when or if they will be breeding again but I'm very happy with my puppy. PS - Yes - welcome to the YT Forum!! |
check Jan's website -- she has a new litter www.enchantedtoi.com and she is a caring wonderful breeder. |

hello, i am still looking for a yorkie breeder near toronto! please let me know of any reputable breeders! |
We purchased our very first puppy, a morkie-poo, from an excellent breeder in Peterborough; Heather Easton at Easton's K9 Kidz (k9kidz.ca) this past spring. Our Pippin is in perfect health and has the most endearing disposition. I would recommend Heather without hesitation!! |

They have to many Breed's i would NOT buy from them. |
Hi Brownie!! Just to clarify...k9kidz is a group of several families who breed dogs..so yes there are several breeds available, but they are not bred amongst each other. They are not cross-bred or over-bred. Of course, everyone does their own research and makes decisions based on what feels comfortable to them...I was simply suggesting where we purchased our morkie and saying that we are very happy... |

K9Kidz I'm considering purchasing a puppy from Easton's K9Kidz I noticed that a user had reviewed her before. It's a bit of a drive for me can anyone give me information on this breeder? Thanks JC |
I got my yorkie from a breeder in Hamilton her name is Christine and she is from Shanerson Yorkshire Terriers. If interested I will get you her number. My yorkie is 4monthsold and a joy with no issues.:animal36 |
A great breeder for Yorkshire Terriers! Quote:

Great breeder: www.chantalyorkshireterriers.com . Check it out! You will not be disappointed! |
I would also try Pizzazzpups in Niagara. We have an adorable little Morkie I bought from there and she was very helpful. She let us come and visit our puppy a few times, answered all of our questions and checked in on us after we brought Ruby home. We still keep in touch and Ruby is now 3 and a half. I think she has Yorkies too? We have friends who also bought a pup from there. |

I got my yorkie from them, and I couldn't be happier. |
Hi I breed ckc registered yorkies for show. Are you looking to have a hobby with your puppy or are you just looking for a new family member? Message me directly and I can add you to my mailing list. I don't sell very often because we breed so few and show many of our pups. But... We occasionally have some! |
male yorkie hey everyone i have a male yorkie i named scooter who was born on father's day..i'm keeping his brother samson..tail is docked, declaws removed, dewormed 3x vet check and had 2 sets of shots..my first time breeding the mother..the stud is from champion background who has papers but selling mine without..i live in brockville ontario if anybody is interested i'm asking 800.00..e-mail me at scmichael@cogeco.ca and will send pics thanks is that a a good price as i've seen ppl asking alot more..and since i had hard time my first time breeding and in the hole 1500.00 i don't think it's too much.. |
Reputable breeder? I have a dog from the Eastons K9forkidz....what a disaster...I have paid out tons of money in vet bills from breeding defects for this little dog...the breeder has no remorse or concern either for the dog or the consumer and will accept no responsibility for the tortured little creature...I am pouring every cent that I own to keep this little pup mobile and in reasonable comfort...buyer beware...have her give you a clean bill of health from a veterinarian before you accept her high priced science projects...God bless their little souls, I have been tortured daily watching her health deteriorate since her delivery to my home... |
Sorry to hear about your bad experience with them. What exactly is wrong with your little one and why won't they take responsiblitiy ? I have never heard of them myself and see this is a recent post. Thanks for the warning. |
Reputable breeder? My little dog has hereditary knee problems and will go in for surgery in a few days...the breeder provided no guarantee at the time I received her and up until now will provide no compensation except for a replacement puppy...which remains to be seen...This little one is only 2 years old and walks only when necessary on 3 legs...it is torture every day I have to watch her...I have 5 days to come up with $2000.00...I have a feeling this is only the beginning...the insurance will not cover this surgery as it was preexisting...it is a very difficult situation... |
Thats awful! Hopefully you can warn others against buying from this breeder. It really is up to us to do our research before hand isnt it? We should contact previous buyers and ask them about their experiences. Thats the only way we can almost be guaranteed healthy happy well adjusted and bred puppie. But talking with my many friends they all will not pay those high prices for a yorkie therefore sacrifices health for cash. The breeder I know charges$ 1800.00 for a female , only sells registered dogs, and a non-breeding contract. Everyone thinks I'm nuts to even consider that amount but thats what it costs! |
Reputable breeder? Well...sigh...If I had contacted one of the previous buyers that has already posted on here I would have received a glowing report of the Easton's operation...check a previous posting here...It is a crap shoot that you may find others that have been in the same predicament...sadly I think consumers are unaware of all of the pitfalls involved with the purchase of a pup...best way I think is to ask the breeder to provide a clean bill of health from a vet at the time of purchase...and this advise is in hind site.... |
Yes you are so right about that! Most good breeders ask you to take the yorkie to your vet within so many days to have the health guarantee . I hope I find a good breeder if the lady I know still breeds. I dont need a registered puppy. I just want a purebred healthy yorkie girl, is that alot to ask? LOL |
Reputable breeder? To clarify I have a Morkiepoo...Maltese, Yorkshire Terrier, Poodle mix... |
They sound so cute, what are their names?:) |
names? Monster and muppett |
Great names.... I had a harder time naming my dogs and parrots than I did my kids! hehe! |
Has anyone heard of Adanta Yorkshire Terriers? Reading and navigating the website looked good. |
