It will be, since you're in town the second weekend, and that's when we have our meet-ups. Actually, Corinne and I are going to have a little birthday celebration for the girls (Sukoshi, Jen, and Jolie) during that meet-up since it will be on August 11, and their birthdays are on August 28. Nothing big, but we didn't want people to have to make a separate trip out for the girls, and I wanted to do it while "Grandma" was in town, so we're just going to have some special treats at that one. Something for everyone to look forward to. I know Sukoshi and I are!!!!!

First...let me just say I LOVE your babies names!!!!!!!!!! Punky Punkernickle is the cutest name ever!!!!!!!!! And as for the meet-up DEFINITELY COME!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!! Ha!Ha!! Well at least ONE of them was caused by my bad mannered little brat pooping in the store. In my rush to clean up HER indiscretion, I nearly turned into a shoplifter......

Well, there are some things to do there: there is the glass bottom boat, the guided island tour, and buying souvenirs from the shops. The thing is, once you've done it once, you've done it. I went as a girl scout, then we took the kids several years ago, and it was the same thing. It is pretty though, and you can get some nice pictures.

But some kind of getaway would be fun...

I don't know about the catamaran, but I know for sure that you can take them on the Catalina Express....the ferry. I think they limit you to one animal per person though...here's what it says regarding animals and I kind of doubt that you can take them on the glass bottom boat, but I'm not sure about that.....

Personal domestic pets are to be leashed and muzzled or in a pet carrying case while waiting to board the boat and for the duration of the trip. One pet per passenger. Pets are to stay close to the owner on the deck. Pets are not allowed in passenger seats or in the aisles where they may obstruct traffic. Pets must be secure in a muzzle, leash and collar or a muzzle and harness sufficiently strong and tight fitting to securely hold the pet, or the pet must be enclosed in a suitable animal carrier throughout the duration of the trip. Catalina Express will not assume obligations to store or care for pets at ports, docks or on board vessels. Animals must not have an offensive odor.

darn it! I just read this and today is the first day that I've been out in FOREVER! it seems. Michael took me out and we probably could have brought Molly to visit at least for a little bit. I'm so disappointed that I missed it. Hopefully I'll feel well enough to bring Molly to the next one. I'm really sorry I missed it. I hope you all had a good time.

Aaaaw!!! Suzi! What a pity that you did not see this. I would so have loved to meet you! Anyway, I am just happy for you that you are feeling well enough this weekend to get out some. I'm sure it does wonders for you after being cooped up for so long.

I see that nobody has posted pictures yet. Well here are a few. I took lots of pictures,,, or I should say my daughter did and I think she must have gotten the leans dirty because most of the pictures look very smeared. Here are a few that came out somewhat ok. Just look at all these pretty girls!
