Ah! If I planned properly I would have totally gone to this thing! I'm not all that far away .... could have made a fun day out of it! I've been looking for more pet friendly events to go to.

I didn't go last year so I'm not sure how big it is...but there's one in Napa in October

I think that I am definitely going to plan to go to that! I love that it is a pet friendly event. The pet Expo in Sacramento is not pet friendly. I planned to attend with Clyde until I read that to prevent any issues with aggression and so forth that only service animals were allowed to attend.

So that was kind of a bummer. It is difficult to find pet-friendly events in my area. So the pet expo seems like a lot of fun ^-^ I wanna go to one now!

I don't think I could find anyone who would be willing to keep an eye on Dexter while I was away, though. If I can ... Clyde & I will definitely head down there for the day!!

It was big last year!! Lots of vendors, lots of people, tons of dogs, lots of rescue groups. We were very glad we went without P-Nut, it would have overwhelmed him. The one at Sonoma County Fairgrounds is in Santa Rosa. We're usually up there at the fairgrounds for a different event that weekend in October so we'll probably check out that Pet Expo. Doubt I can make the one this Saturday, we have numerous other events going on, I'm bummed. Let me know how it is if you go!

Which pet expo I Sacramento did you attend? I took my dogs to Doggie Dash and Woofstock and they had great experiences. We are already planning for the 2014 Pet Expos!
