Dog play dates or events in Dallas, TX 1 Attachment(s) Does anyone get together with fellow members in and around the Dallas Area. I would love for Daisy to get to know some other canine friends that aren't threatening in size. |

That would be wonderful. Daisy will be 16 weeks old next week and we are located in Frisco. Perhaps the best play dates for me and her would be on Sundays and occassionaly on Saturdays. Both myself and Daisy will look forward to this :) |
:D Saturday or Sundays are perfect for Rocky and I. I just moved back to DFW from Houston, and looking to meeting new people (besides my boyfriend's friends). Rocky will be so excited. Let me know when it is a good time for you. My boyfriend works all weekend so it is pretty much just me and Rocky. |
Well it's always just Daisy and I, LOL :) I recently moved here from California so meeting new people is definitely up my ally. The upcoming holiday season will propably make this a bit difficult. However, I know this weekend will be pretty rough for me-have a lot of things planned but perhaps we can fit some time in next weekend. If that does not work for you, no problem, we can do something in January. It is just good to know there is someone fairly close with a small cutie that wants to play. Anyone else around this area, feel free to chime in on this conversation. Don't want to exclude fellow yorkie owners. Preferably around same age/size to make it really fun to watch them play :) |
Lets try for January. I will be in Houston next weekend for Christmas at my mom's, whom by the way hates the fact that I moved away from her. I hope others join in. I think it would be really fun to get a group of them together. |

I'm in Frisco... I've had Izzy Bella just over a week and this is my first yorkie. She is 17 weeks and about 18 ounces. We have 2 german shepherds that are okay with her but aren't playmates. We wanna play too.... Crystal |

I live in south Dallas and we have had a Dallas meetup before (the first of December) and would love to have another one soon! I know there are several members who have said that after the holidays calm down they would love to have a meetup, so if we aim for the end of January that would be great! I have two little females who would love to meet some friends. Last time we met at the Fort Worth Dog Park and had a great time...it is a great place to let them off leash!! |
I would love to have playdates and I live in the fort worth area. I went to the yorkie talk meet up in December and it was fun and I would like to do it again. |

Rocky has training on Saturdays from 12 to 12:30 pm, but anything after that is good. Sunday's are pretty much free depending if I go to church or not, sometimes I just like to sleep in or just want to be lazy. |
We would love to have a playmate...we are free most weekends!! So when everyone wants to meet up just let us know and we will be there!!! I can't believe how many local people we have on this forum!!! |
Play date... Izzy Bella is up to 23 ounces as of January 2nd. Yeah!! We work during the week and are free most weekends to play. We are in Frisco and she keeps me in line at work during the week and loves to let loose on the weekends and seems to be much more playful now. Aw this sounds like fun!! Ranger loves to meet and play with other dogs, but he's never been to a dog meet before. We are located near DFW airport, so kinda in the middle of everything. Are you guys talking about having the meet at the FW dog park, where is that located? Can't wait to see so many cute babies!! |
The Fort Worth dog park is located off of I30 and Beach street...it is a great place to meet other dogs!! As soon as Sailor's knee heals we will probably head out there again!! The girls love to go run and play with all the other small dogs! |
I live in North Richland Hills which about 10 minutes from that Fort Worth dog park, but I have not taken Rocky yet. Maybe the weather will stay nice so we can all go. |
This weekend? Daisy and I are in Frisco. We can meet early this Saturday-she is getting her shots earlier that morning. So say 9:30-10am somewhere local if anyone is interested. Unfortunately we will have to leave around 11 though :( We can also go this Sunday after 3 if that is better. No time limit on that day. |
