Yorkie Passion and Kimberly King....(loud applause)
 

I really want to rave about Kimberly King and her dogs. I recently adopted a little boy from her, Carson.

I started visiting Kimberly's website about a year ago, when I was searching for a yorkie. I found her website through this site... I really enjoyed watching her beautiful babies growth progress and dreamed of a day I might be able to own one. But I didn't think I would be so lucky as to be able to get one of her dogs. On YT, Kimberly and I chatted a bit, and she was really helpful when I had questions about my little girl yorkie (who's almost 1!). She was so generous with all her knowledge.

Well, recently I was blessed enough to be able to run down to Portland and visit Kimberly. I found her dogs to be very happy, healthy and friendly. I chose my little boy, and brought him home about 1 1/2 wks ago... he's so awesome! Took him to the vet, who told me Carson is a picture of health.

The biggest impact Kimberly had on me is her willingness to share information, spend time with me and allowed me to take up half her day! I'm sure she had alot of things to get done, but she let my husband and me stay for some 3 hours the first day, and a couple more on Sunday! Plus, I LOVE her dogs! I can't wait to watch Carson grow into a handsome young man!

Congrats on Carson! I am so excited that a YT member got him so we can continue to watch him grow. I always enjoy looking at the pictures of her beautiful kids.:thumbup: :)

Congratulations!!! Her pups are sooo adorable, and her website is full of wonderful information! I've read through her whole site, and often look at the yorkie pictures :) She has some of the most beautiful yorkies, and I love that she is so knowledgable. Can't wait to see pictures of your baby Carson!!

Your Story is much like mine,one great Lady, and i have my Babyboy from her, he is going to be 1 yr old next month, how time flys ! Hey mabey we can meet up one of these days as i live about 40 min. away ! Here is my Babyboy

Congrats!!! Kimberly led me to Pixie through her referring me to Stardust Yorkies and the few days after I got her and was in the What Have I done stage, Kimberly wa so kind to talk to me and give me greta advice. She is a wondeful person and has beautiful dogs.

I feel lucky to know her! Isn't she generous with her knowledge?

I will post a pic of Carson here, in case some of you haven't seen his pics in the My Yorkie section. He and Phoebe are becoming great friends!

i, too, am glad you got carson. Congratulations. Kimberly has beautiful puppies and is so helpful to everyone.

Awww, congratulations to you!!!! Kimberly is a wealth of knowledge! I don't know what I would have done when Dori was pregnant and due to whelp without her, I truely mean that. SHe allowed me to ask a gazillion questions and she graciously answered every one of them and even gave me her phone # if I needed her. I attribute our having two great pups to her help! We are so lucky here at YT to have wonderful, sharing members. Glad we get to be a part of watching little Carson grow up.

I love her site... and her beautiful yorkies....maybe someday.....

I'm so happy for you, I have been looking and reading her website for months now.

I hope one day to get one of her puppy's.

I tell people who are looking for a yorkie of her yorkies, but not to just anyone if I don't feel they would be good yorkie owners I stay quiet. :rolleyes:

I love his cute little face... can't get enough of it!

That's exactly what I did! I actually thought I'd never be so fortunate as to be able to get one of her babies! I lurked on her site for several months before having enough courage to start chatting with her. And she's down to earth and open and wonderful. Chatting started with my needing help with Phoebe's ears, and Kimberly's method worked like a dream! She even chatted with me on the phone about Phoebe's coat, how to take care of it, etc. She was right on the money too. Phoebe ended up with a sort of black silk, not a true silk, which is what Kimberly predicted.

I'll bet you'll get one someday!

He is just totaly adorable !

I thought I was the only stocker she had...lol

I always wanted to start writing to her but didn't know how to start talking "Hi Kim, I've been watching you for a yr. would love to pick at your brain for info. or hope to one day to have one of your yorkies.....lol" :rolleyes: I can just picture her saying "Another crazy lady"...lol

She probably already things that, cause the other day I emailed her about a painting I saw on ebay that look very much like a picture of Summer she had shared with the group. Well she wrote me back and said it looked like it but it wasn't her and she was so nice about it just like I imagined she would be :)


Two days ago I went to her website and her Anne and Buster had puppies, I had been waiting for her to breed them. I didn't know those pups were coming, I guess had I wrote to her I would have..dah me :blush08:

Teeheee... You'll find that she's a really nice down to earth lady. I didn't get to see her Annie babies, but I did see Annie. She's a beauty in real life too. Love her face and her coat. Her personality sparkled too. You should talk to her about her dogs.

Meanwhile, Mr. Carson is doing great, but he sure loves to wrestle with Phoebe. I have to curtail it a bit, as he is pulling her hair out. My poor little princess...sometimes she's not sure what to do with him!
