It's a sad situation. This barracuda has been selling sick puppies to people who end up spending hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars trying to save their puppy even though many times the pup will die anyway, yet she rounds up a posse to repossess this puppy in order to dupe some other poor unsuspecting person with it. I would think you need to press your own charges against this woman for trying to mislead you into an illegal transaction. Head for the lawyer now. |
She is a liar and a she and her husband are con artist she begged and cryed how she wanted a yorkie that her husband lost there house and they wanted to make payments I felt very sorry for her I gave her a puppy that had fungas on her back and had been treated by a vet..she agreed to finished her meds she wrote me a check POST DATE. called again and asked to hold the check again for another week. she was very thankful and gave me a necklace then tree day later she stop payment on the check for $ 600 and i gave her a $200 discount, plus food/blanket /toys/jammies/meds /another $100 dollars of stuff... why are you selling people puppies with fungus and let's be honest why do you appear to be in the habit of selling people sick dogs, are you a breeder are you a broker? Is your home or the breeders home you get your pups from filthy, what kind of fungus is it? You cannot be much better if you are freely slandering her in a public forum, but at least we have two sides to the story now. Someone has to be the bigger person here. I most certainly would have nothing to do with you now that you have publicly acknowledged that you sell sick dogs. Buyer beware, it's as much the fault of the buyer for not being more cautious in the situation. |

liar! I'm not the who people shouldn't trust. Your the one selling sick puppies with no papers. Everyone knows that. I didn't steal your puppy, you sold her under false pretenses and have lied and told people otherwise. You should be ashamed of yourself! I've paid for that puppy in what I've given you in cash plus all my bet bills that I have to treat that poor puppy. You just said it yourself, puppy has fungus, and did you mention serious ear infections full of mites. That's what you sell as a healthy puppy. What a joke you are! I just hope my puppy doesn't die like the others you've sold! |

DON'T GIVE IT BACK! TAKE IT TO RESCUE BEFORE RETURNING TO HER PLEASE!!! hmmmmmm isn't it illegal in CA to sell a dog or puppy undergoing treatment...? Looks like someone needs to print out a YT thread and attach it to some court papers... |
house? Wow, Loretta can't even get her lies right. Ya, we lost our home, but I do live in one! |
I would like to add what little information I have about "Loretta". As we speak, she is being investigated at a much higher level and when I have more information I will certainly post it. I would suggest that anyone who purchased a puppy, sick or not, from Loretta Plise, Plis's, Plusa, Plasa, or Plasae (yes, I've found her spelling her name all the different ways - I am fairly confident - although not positive - that it is Plusa), contact petshoppuppies.org and ask for a free puppy report. They already have her in their files and are waiting for any additional information and/or reports of sick puppies before they investigate further. The puppies that have been reported to them so far are from a "Rick Willis". Here are two links to the reports in PSP's database. I'll be back when I get more information, but for now I would stay away from this person and by ALL MEANS, if you have purchased a puppy from her, report it NOW to petshoppuppies.org http://www.petshoppuppies.com/report...HOP-1880659534 http://www.petshoppuppies.com/report.asp?ID=Willis_Rick |
report Awesome information for everyone! |

Her contract states akc/DNA tested micro teacup puppy with one year health guarantee. Have no papers just fake vaccination paper, no health certificate from her vet. I gave her some cash and post dated check.that's it, done the same to other people, been years and they have no papers for what they bought from her akc/DNA tested puppies. |
She can pursue you for theft and I wouldnt blame her if she did. No judge is going to side with you when you received a dog and stopped payment. I dont care if it didnt come with papers although guaranteed or health or whatever you have stolen that dog. Why is it we can all see that clearly and you cant |
Regardless, of the circumstances that puppy was HERS (as sick as it makes me) you took the pup, you have to pay for the pup and then recoup charges, post about her, sue her, do whatever to get the word out...but don't steal. I went through the same thing, I paid for the pup and I persued the PetShop I got her from, initially I got my money back because the first surgery cost more than what I paid, I could have kept going but I had my Miss Mini and now more than $20,000 later, I still have Miss Mini. What do I do? I picket in front of the store I purchased her from, I donate money to the "cause" I help in anyway I can to get the word out. I help try to pass laws that stop these kinds of people from operating.... Theres a right way, and a wrong way....do the right thing, you have the puppy, pay for the puppy, document your charges and sit down and discuss with her, when that doesn't work or if that is not an option pay for the dog and take her to court...this is the right way to do things... |
