This woman just joined and omg do i have stories....Read this thread http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...e-sale-tn.html This woman Lynn Hall is the breeder that I rescued this little girl from...She is now on here with pictures of her parti puppies and claiming that they need homes...Also, her website Birdhouse Ranch - Yorkie Pups has two female yorkies and one male yorkie that she claims are the parents and while they are cute, they are filthy and their teeth are horrible...PLUS she fails to show you the 20 or more other breeders she has in horrible conditions..she is trying to lead people to believe that she only has a small hobby breeding program....DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN...YOU WILL GET A SICK PUPPY!!! Oh and I noticed that her prices on her Yorkies more than double what they were 1 yr ago and before she had her misleading website up....I am so disgusted by this woman!!!!

Thanks for being brave enough to post a heads up to everyone. I see that she is trying to advertise her puppies here on YT in a round about way. Hope that anyone who might be thinking about it see's this post before it's to late.

I read your other thread and I've got to say...Wow, what an amazing story! Do you keep intouch with Bella's new family? If so, how is she now? It's sooo sad to think of what some people do to these little babies. I know from this post that she's still operating, but were you able to do anything with her kennel? Amazing to think that she thinks she can come on here and fool us. I would love to be a fly on the wall the day she meets her maker, because she's got a lot coming to her for all the hell she's put these babies through.

I noticed that they all seem to have an under bite too, which should bring the prices way down.

Wow, I just read your old Thread. What a nightmare and how dare this person come online. Thank you for informing us on what you have personally witnessed with this breeder...What ever happened to Bella? I hope everyone takes time to read your old thread. Not one. and I have the facts to prove it. I do not know what her problem is but all that she has wrote is an absolute LIE! I really feel sorry for people that have nothing better to do then trash someone else only to vindicate themselves!

As there are 2 sides to every story I would like to see your proof that you are a reputable breeders. YT is a very tight community of Yorkie lovers and we take the care of our pups very seriously. We try to get the word out about good and bad breeders, so if you have information that you would like to share with all of us please feel free. :)

Show us the facts Lynn...I would LOVE to see what kind of proof that you have that I am lying...My long standing history on YT shows everyone here that I am not a liar and I always have these sweet little Yorkie's best interest at heart....You on the other hand are the same filth that you let all of your dogs live in....You and your treatment of these poor innocent babies makes me sick....You should be ashamed of yourself....

I'm sorry but you do look alittle odd, almost every post but two seem like adds. Most of us {me included} would believe a long time memeber {with over 500 posts}, over someone who has been a member since 2005 but only has less then 20 posts.

I read your thread on Bella. This makes me so sad. I love my Yorkies and ALL Yorkies. How could someone do this. IT IS SICK!!!!! Shame shame shame on her.

you have every right at this time to defend yourself, however just stating that nothing is true isn't convincing to anyone. From what I understand the first time Amanda mentioned anything about your breeding practices and the condition of your animals was when she was trying to find a loving home for a baby that you no longer needed. At that time she never even mentioned your name, nothing vindictive going on there she just wanted to express her emotions in discust in what she had seen. Now, she notices you come on the board trying to sell puppies, and posts a warning to the community. I for one am very glad that there are people her who are willing to put names out there so that someone doesn't make a terrible mistake buying a pup from a less then reputable breeder. Now, if you really feel like you have been misrepresented please do pull up your big girl pants and tell everyone what you can do dispute this.

Well said! When you weigh Amanda rescuing one of this breeder's dogs a year ago and finding her a new home when she herself was not even looking for a dog.....against a breeder who only posts when she is trying to sell puppies....it is not hard to see which side the scales will be in favor of. I do not know either of them, but it would take some heavy duty proof for me to not have serious reservations about the breeder.

I recieved a phone call yesterday from a friend who was horrified and very upset bys the post here. I remembered words that my Mother had spoken to me - Angry words oh let them never from my tongue unbridled slip. I of course wasn't a member of this board until then - I had no clue it even existed.

Here's what I do know:

Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement. If the statement is made via broadcast media -- for example, over the radio or on TV -- it is considered libel, rather than slander, because the statement has the potential to reach a very wide audience. Gee, the internet is a very wide audience isn't it?

Amanda350 I have read your thread and must tell you your defamatory remarks are without merit. I have purchased 2 yorkies from Birdhouse Ranch over the years and my guys are the BEST. Not only did I end up with the Yorkies of my dreams but cultivated a friendship that has been informational, helpful, and very rewarding. I learned more from Birdhouse Ranch's experience with Yorkies that I ever would have on my own. I love this breed and chose it for my own. I wouldn't ever promote a breeder that was detrimental to any breed. I have visited with her on many occasions and even taken my boys back to their roots for visits. There are no cages or kennels there. Her Yorkies are treated like family members and vet cared for. I learned from Birdhouse Ranch yesterday that Amanda350 actually met her at the vet's office. WOW!
The negativity you have expressed is not what I have witnessed or know to be the truth.

You all want proof that she's a good breeder? Here I am! A satisfied customer through and through. When I started looking for a Yorkie I visited many people before falling in love with my guys. I may only have one post here and may have only joined this site today but that doesn't make my post a lie. It is in fact the truth. I have seen Birdhouse Ranch's AKC inspection papers, dogs, and even met her family members. I did my homework before deciding to purchase my first yorkie. Like many of you, I too am careful.

megansmomma you are so right- there are always 2 sides to the story and I'm glad to have the oppourtunity to post here. Your community should welcome new members. I hope all of your community members will remember their manners and the RULES of this site. They have certainly been broken several times in this thread. I understand the draw to this site. It can be very informative to those who have and those who have not. Don't have the wool pulled over your eyes on this one - There isn't any truth to the lies spread here. My guys are just perfect!
