Unless I've missed the post the OP has never posted an update as to whether or not she did indeed get the dog originally purchased. Until the OP does come on and rectify this situation, future readers will perhaps wonder about Glenda and if they should do business with her. This does have the ability to tarnish a breeder's reputation.

For this reason the thread should not be closed. If it was a simple matter of "phone tag" the OP should have waited until she had at least talked to Glenda before posting.

That is exactly the point. This OP has never cleared up the situation or apologized.

If you re-read her first post it clearly said she contacted her by emial and got no response. When Glenda did contact her she was in the middle of something with the pup so that was why she didn't get on the call with her immediately.

I understand that people will read here and I think it would be proper for the OP to post an update and apologize for what was an understanding. The thing is that it's not all solved yet as she never posted whether it was the right dog.

There is a lot of confusion there and hopefully the OP comes on and updates it. I understand that folks might not read the whole post. It will happen. I think one iffy review won't spoil someone's reputation because if they are are way more happy customers it weighs in their favor.

By the way as I said I only posted to show the other side of the coin in this situation. I have nothing invested in any of this.
Beth, I am sorry to have forgotten the online etiquette, that all caps means yelling. I wasn't. I was trying to make sure that it was made clear that she had not done as she said. As far as taken it personally, I have a yorkie from Tsa-La-Gi and I am planning on getting another one. It also affects owners of other yorkies from Tsa-La-Gi. But I also do have empathy for Glenda, just like we all should do when we see someone being wronged. I will not speak for Glenda but I know for a fact this lady's claims are false. I think an apology from her on this thread should be made. Legally this lady should clear Glenda's name. If it is not stated it is then considered fact.

You do not go on a public forum, that when this breeders name is googled it will shows this thread. Yes it does raise questions for those who don't know this breeder. Some people might not even read the whole thread and at that point make a judgement about the breeder. Yes, she could loose sales and reputation ruined because of this post. The reason that everybody stands up for her is that she has never done anything like what is being claimed.

If I were Glenda, I would ask for the dog back. This lady might not be the right owner for "a dog". I have not seen a retraction of her statements, but she has kept very quiet. Why is that? Was she wrong? People like this make reputable breeders quit selling their quality dogs. In the end WE loose!

I agree that the OP may have jumped the gun, but it's not to late for her to straighten this out. We don't know if it has been straightened out between the buyer and the breeder yet.

You are excused. Yes, you are wrong when you say "it doesn't sound like her reputation is ruined" AND "Everyone here is standing up for her."

Because once someone post false information in a public forum about someone and then doesn't clear it up it harms the person's reputation. I guess you forgot that when a person's name or business is googled all info on them (including this forum) shows up. That breeder runs a business, and reputation in the business world is what makes you or breaks you.

Sorry had to clear that up, didn't know you were going to get all Jerry Springer on me:thumbup:

It would be very nice if the OP would come back and update the situation.
But since the thread has gotten negative towards the OP I doubt that the OP will make another post.

It is a bummer with google, and you can never get this post removed. There might have been a mix up in the vet health cert, but one would think a person could tell a 4 month old dog vs a 13 month ( teeth, coat etc) A post like this should be done AFTER going to the vet to verify age and talking to the breeder. I hope the OP comes back to clear things up.

Yes, I agree the OP should definitely provide update as it is only fair that if indeed it was a mix-up the situation should be cleared. In any case, I think we are all in mutual agreement on this at least... :D

I want to clarify that in my original post, I meant no harm to anyone. I don't know Glenda Beavers, but from what everyone has said on here, she sounds like a good honest breeder. I was not taking sides. (why should I?)

I do hope that this gets resolved for everyone concerned. Hopefully if anyone googles and comes across this post, they will read it in it's entirety and see that this is probably all a big misunderstanding.

I really never dreamed that what I said would upset anyone. I have never argued on YT and I don't plan to start now.

I'm backing away from this thread now and hope it gets resolved.
