you all clearly have not read missy's original post.. she was VERY upset that this happened and it happened while she was AWAY>.. so NO she did not GO LOOKING for a male to breed her female with. Rocky is HER dog.. and Baby was schedualed for SPAYING next month.. please read before you accuse... all you are doing is upsetting Missy. and she knows she has a lot of work ahead of her.. she doesn't need you to remind her of the mistake she made.. she is a great person and only wants the best for her pups and i can guarnatee you that a spay and neuter aren't far away. please can we just keep this thread to POSTIVIE comments and let Missy know we will help and support her any way we can.

Don't let what these people are saying upset you Missy...Us "oldies but goodies" that have been here for a while know you and KNOW that you would NEVER do anything to endanger your babies!! There are alot of great people and breeders here that are going to help you out....And....as for the original poster....you are entitled to your own opinions but, you don't need to come here and "stir the pot"! This is MY OPINION!

I just want to say congratulations!!! I have not read previous threads to this one and don't care, what's done is done!!

I love your dogs, especially the one on the left. That dark coloring is my favorite!!! The little stud I use is dark like that.

Your pups will be beautiful and there is a TON of helpful people on here. Including me. PM me anytime.

I have a litter due in 2 weeks. I am not the most experienced, but I have delivered about a dozen litters with my mentor and this is my second litter.

Thank you everyone for supporting me though all of this.

Let me 1st start by saying that I never had any intentions in ever breeding Baby, for one she is 5 yrs old and what I have read, 5 yrs is a good year to stop breeding.

Baby will be spayed after this, I love that little girl so darn much and if I would have not taken her into my home, she would have ended up at are animal shelter. But my love for the yorkie took over and I welcomed her into my home WITHOUT even knowing any thing about her, I never seen photos or anything, I just had a old friend call me up crying cause her soon to be ex was threatening to take her to the pound, so the softy that I am, I took her without any hesitations! I will be forever thankful to her for allowing me to love Baby the way I love her!

As for Rocky, I never had any intensions of even getting a male yorkie, I came across a ad on petfinder, I normally never even go to petfinder, but something told me to go that day, before I knew it I was on the phone with this lady 8 hours away from me. Out of about 50 people, she choose me to be Rocky's new mommy!

As far as breeding goes, YES, I do want to breed, But was I planning on breeding so soon? NO! I wanted to wait till we moved and had my set up that I have been dreaming about!

I will tell you that I did think about breeding Baby 1 time, I planned on taking the money from her litter and purchasing a quality breeding female. There is a breeder on here who I had talked with and even lined up one of her studs to breed Baby with, but after talking things over with my husband, we both agreed to wait till we moved.

So now here I am with Baby pregnant, am I happy? Yes I am! Will Baby get pregnant again? NO she wont! Will I breed again? YES I will! Why? Because I love this breed more then anything! I have to start somewhere!

Let me ask anyone who breeds? Was the first female you ever bred the best quality? Was the 1st female you ever bred, did you go out and have all the test ran to make sure she was perfect?

I hate defending myself, but when it comes to my babies I want everyone to know that I put them 1st, I would give my right arm to save Baby if anything ever would happen to her. She's already been to the vet, my vet says she see's no reason why she can't deliver on her won, she is a strong, and very healthy girl! My dogs eat the best food I can buy, the healthiest treats, and they get more love then a lot of children get! what more can they ask for?

I want you to know when it comes time to place these pups in a forever home, I will be very picky! These pups are not going to just ANY home!

I find the word "conned" in your post very offensive. In what way or form has she asked anyone for money? I haven't seen it. :confused:

are you COMPLETELY out to lunch? you can't be talking about the right person.. missy has NEVER asked for money to help buy a yorkie... baby was GIVEN TO HER and she paid a small price for Rocky. she has NEVER posted about beds.... and i have BOUGHT MANY TIMES from missy and have NEVER been conned.. you MUST have the wrong person... stop defacing GOOD HONEST members of YT

The only bed that she may be talking about is the bed my husband bought me for Valentines Day like 2 yrs ago.

This thread is to SUPPORT missy... not deface her in a public forum... you are wrong and you need to stop lying.

We all know that anyone can say anything about anybody if they are anonymous. It is against the rules to create a second user name and very dangerous to YT since if this is accepted, any of us could be slandered for any reason. If you have a problem with a member and can't keep it to yourself then be brave enough to back your accusations with your name.

Missy has NEVER asked for or implied a need for donations for her yorkies or vet bills. She has worked tirelessly on the YT Cookbook to raise money for THIS SITE. She has a website where she sells products, but only receives good reviews. She has many satisfied customers.

So, what the heck are you talking about? It is also against YT rules to post under a different name. It's just wrong and you are wrong.

Missy I just want to tell you you have all of my support and best wishes with Baby's pregnancy. It will all turn out okay and you have the right to be excited and happy your going to have some little puppies. For those of you bashing Missy untill you have walked a mile in her shoes you have no right to judge her. I think this could happen to anyone

I don't know anyone from PA who lost a baby. And I don't even know anyone from PA.

Anyone on here who has ever lost a yorkie has always had my condolences. I to have lost a yorkie and I know exactly how it feels. But I never asked anyone to ever buy me a new yorkie, I paid for Lillie, a anonymous YT member gave the breeder the deposit for her, but I never asked her to do that. The rest of the money that was raised went to Yorkie rescue on Kloeys name.

So c'mon, tell us who you are. if you created a new name cause your baby died, then you should let everyone know who you are so we can welcome you back.

Boy where does this annomosity towards Missy stem from? What is your problem? I will agree with you there. And this is not directed at Missy, just more of a general statement. There ARE alot of people who don't agree that everything was an accident. When you have cases of someone being upset over an accident, and then celebrating it the next as we often see, it makes it even more suspicious. Saying it breedings were 'accidental' in a lot of instances seems like a good way to get everyone on your side and supportive instead of critical. Again, just generally speaking. I could pick out things that make Missy's situation seem odd and say "what if" all day long, but it wouldn't matter in the end. (Not to mention you can dig deep enough and do that with about every situation discussed here.:rolleyes: )

That being said, if Missy said this was accidental, then I am only going to assume it was--how would anyone ever prove otherwise? Regardless to if it was planned or not, what is done is done and the more support and advice she can get, the better off Baby will benefit from it. Her good health through this pregnancy should be the main concern here.:thumbup:

Now, to Missy--I know this got overlooked and I am sure you are learning this quickly now, but please do not ever bank on making money off of a litter, as I saw you mentioned earlier. You may luck up and have it happen, but you can never count on that as there are so many things that can come up. You will be doing good if you can break even on it finacially.:(

Can I ask you 1 thing? If breeders do not make money, then why do so many breed? There are an awful lot of people out there breeding, are they doing it for the fun of it?

I never said that I was going to breed for money!

I know you are not trying to ridicule me, and I did not take it that way. And I'm not attacking you either, I just wanted that question answered.
