Your dogs are beautiful! I guess you decided to leave the tail on the puppies.

No, the tails are getting docked tomorrow. My vet and others around here do it on the 7th or 8th day after birth. He doesn't do the 3 - 5 day way. I think it has to do with the size and health.

I love both the mom and Dad also.. Just beautiful... You should be sooooo proud of your whole crew!! I hope you enjoy your parti as much as I have mine.. Loretta

Today the tails got docked and the dew claws got removed on both puppies. My wife and I decided docking the tails would be what we would like the most. Everything went well and the puppies are back home eating and sleeping again :)

Wow ! The breeder that I bought Teddy from thought that he must have been a product of her Jack Russell getting into the mix because the other two puppies in his litter were regular colored yorkies. Now I'm wondering if he is actually a parti and not a mix like she originally thought. She seemed sure that she kept the momma away from the jack russell while she was in heat, but then she thought he must have gotten in because of teddy's coloring. because of that she didn't even bother trying to get papers for any of them and she just sold them as pets without papers.

anyone have an opinon on this?

His avatar picture looks so cute! Do you happen to have some pictures that you can share with us? Maybe your breeder just didn't realize what the partis look like and maybe he is one. :)

By the way, your comment, "Lucky Lucky" is nice after reading so many negatives on YT lately about the partis. :(

Here are a couple of new pics, he just got another haircut - he looks bald, but still adorable. The breeder is going to be so upset that she didn't bother to try and get papers for him or any of his litter mates because she thought he was a mix and its looking more and more like he isnt. :D

Very pretty puppies!!!! I think that there is great information on parti colors on goldenray yorkies. Look under yorkie info and go to parti colors. Lynn
