My Yahtzee and Yankee mated last night - so we should be having Halloween babies!

Oh , we too are breeding again now....Dori and Yogi had their first tie this last Thursday and will breed again today and then Monday, so we will be due around Nov. 1st or 2nd...:D I'll keep my fingers and toes crossed for you too!!! Exciting!

We bred 3 weeks ago, so hopefully we are due around the 12th of October. I'm so excited!

My Yahtzee has around 3 weeks to go and is "showing" quite well.

Well.....no. No puppies yet! Big as a barrell, but no labor. She is having four according to the xray. But no nesting, no panting, no nuttin'. Maybe tomorrow....:scratchhe

Yahtzee's belly is huge. This is her third litter and it seems she gets bigger each time. My hubby built her a handicap ramp to use instead of a step at the door to go out and in.

Wow, 6! Congrats! My Lexie had 4 just two days ago on the 14th. We didn't expect them until the 20th!

I plan to get Yahtzee's whelping box out this evening. She's started that clinging attitude where she just wants to be close to me and she was scratching at her bed last night. The 29th is her 60th day from first mating.

Dori is also getting that clingy and wanting to be held constantly mood...we are due on Halloween...she's getting fairly big..but not huge...we could only palpate two a few weeks ago, which is what her last litter was so...washing blankets tonight and getting the whelping box ready again...;)

My bella is due on the 30th of this month. She is just to that point where everyday she get bigger and bigger. I think she wont have them untill around the 2nd or so. I rescued her from a bad owner who bred her just before i got her, and i didn't know untill about two weeks after i had her and I called him. Vet comfirms 3 pups possably a 4th. Here's a pic of her belly just 10 days shy of her due date (from first tie)

Forgot the pic! LOL Any sugestions on a whelping box? This is her first and my first Yorkie litter.

I shaved her myself with a size 4 and left her face.

Yahtzee goes in the whelping box tonight. Her temp has been in the 99s for two days. Today is the 59th, so she's being confined and getting extra laptime. I don't think she'll whelp for a few more days, but we're ready.

I just can't remember if I'm supposed to turn on the heating pad now or not until she whelps. HELP

I wouldn't turn on the heating pad until their are puppies. She might get too warm. Keep us posted.

Day 61 and Yahtzee's temp was 99.6 this morning. My daughter is coming over to sit with her (after she gets her kids off to school). I'm 30 minutes away and will go home when I get the call.

Yea!! Puppy watch!! Dori's temp hasn't dropped yet but, anytime time also...she is on day 62 today...I would imagine maybe Wednesday,,but thats only my imagination;) puppies will come when they come....can't wait to smell puppy breath again.......Keep us posted about little Yahtzee.....its funny on our first litter..I posted everytime she had a BM and now it just flies by...but still just as excited and I have put everything off this week because we have babies due.....Yorkie lovers priorities.."Babies come first" ...

Well, still nothing...She is as happy and eating as before..but I do know that can change quickly too.....Her temp yesterday at 11:00 was 99.2...I thought oh boy, here we go..I checked it again at 3:00 because I was doubting myself..and it was 100.8 so....I do remember last time she had a drop and then it returned to normal 3 days passed it dropped again, accompanied with a clear discharge, she vomited 2 times after eating and had a little diarrhea and started her labor within 4 hours of that..so I'm not going to get real excited over this drop until I see a little more happening...
Any news so far with you since this post???? This is the most exciting times...my kids are all grown and they always tease me and say, Gosh Mom, I bet you won't be this excited over grandbabies..LOL...:rolleyes: Yes, I will!!!! I 'll be watching this post today!!! Good luck!!!!

My daughter said she's staying in her bed more. I've been going home and trying to take naps in the evening in case I'm up at night. My hubby doesn't volunteer to help, but will when I ask. My problem is that I rarely ask for help. I want to be there to weigh and help with each one. I start calling them little names and watching for personality from the very beginning.

Tomorrow would be a good day for me to stay home - so tonight would be a good night for new puppies!

I'll check in on you a little later!

Day 63 - Yahtzee's temp was 99.6 this morning and she ate. I'm starting to have puppy withdrawal symptoms. I NEED PUPPIES! Of course, it could be that I'm sleep logged. I went to bed at 7 last night just in case. But, even with getting up to check in Yah, I'm groggy from too much sleep. Hope I can say that I'm sleep deprived in a few days from keeping up with half a dozen puppies! Giddy?!

If we don't have puppies today, we need to start a new thread for November Babies!!!

Yahtzee's temp is 99.2 and she won't eat. I took her outside to their play yard and she started this awful yelping/crying sound when I turned to walk away. She peed and pooped, then would lay on one side for 20 seconds and roll to the other. I dug out the bed she's whelped 2 litters in and she just curled up in it. She's so miserable. I really hope she whelps tonight, but I think it will still be Friday night.

waaa...we too are at the same place!!!! Dori lost a lot of thick mucus last night and wouldn't lay down and we thought again???? Are we there yet??? Well nothing today..her tummy is so tight....I feel so sorry for her..she hasn't eaten alot today...I know it'll be soon...Haha...I'm the same way...ready for a "puppy fix"...It'll come...It'll come!!!!After having 3 kiddos myself, I feel her pain...:rolleyes:

We're off to the races! A girl at 1:08 and before she could get the cord done, a boy popped out at 1:10. She's working on a third now!

Moving to the Nursery. Come on Dori!
